Holiday rentals with a sauna in Arvada

Clean, well designed, communicative, let us check in early. Loved using the sauna. I didnt realize it was a basement apartment. That could have been more clear. However, it made it cozy. we didnt mind once we were in it. I would stay again.

We had a great stay at Stefan and Bethany’s place! The apartment was just as described—clean, comfortable, and stocked with everything we needed, including coffee supplies to get us going in the morning. The location was perfect—an easy and safe 15–20 minute walk to downtown Golden, so we could get around by foot or car without any hassle. Stefan and Bethany were super responsive and shared a bunch of helpful recommendations for restaurants and things to do in both Golden and the Denver area—we ended up using their suggestions a lot! Check-in and parking instructions were also very clear. All in all, a really enjoyable stay that we’d definitely recommend.

We loved the location. We loved that it was close to so many restaurants. Check in was a breeze. Guests who like to be out and about will love the access to so many things.

Loved staying at Dawn’s downtown Denver condominium. It was perfectly appointed, clean, and spacious. Location was very close to many restaurants, bars, shopping, etc. Dawn was very communicative and very proactive. Would definitely stay again!

My kids and I had a wonderful time while we were there! Kids wanted to be at the pool and hot tub every night.

Had an amazing stay! Everything was as listed and pictured with a lot of amenities. The host was very responsive and the home was very clean. Would definitely recommend this home!

David was very responsive. He informed me that the AC was not working and that the unit needed to be replaced. He took the 2 hour trip from Vail to meet with the AC technician. He even gave me some consideration for the lack of AC which I thought was very fair. Aside from the AC problem, the place is easily accessible from Union Station. It is close to Coors field and near a number of good restaurants. I'd stay there again.

Andreas was courteous, kind and friendly. His AirBNB was wonderful and had all of the amenities of home from a full kitchen, washer/dryer, dishwasher, dishes, towels, etc. it felt like home away from home. I stayed a couple of weeks, while waiting to get into my new home, and it was a pleasant experience from beginning to end. I would highly recommend it; you won't be disappointed!

Easy, comfortable stay in a very central location. Michael’s place was clean and had all the amenities we needed (including a parking spot). There are so many restaurants and a grocery store within walking distance. Michael’s instructions for check-in & check-out were very clear.

Wonderful stay! Clean space, well equipped kitchen, good wifi, communicative. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a stay in Central Boulder. Downtown Pearl St was an easy 10 min drive and Rocky National Park was only an hour away

We had a great stay at Natalie’s place! We went to two padres games at Coors Field and it was just a short walk. Highly recommend

Great location on Larimer Street. Close to downtown amenities and 1 mile to cool warehouse district. Very possible to walk here from Union Station. Running and walking trails easy to access. Lobby attendants very friendly. Shower and bathroom just as described. Place was exceptionally clean and neat.

Stayed for a couple nights in downtown, this was a perfect base to stay at. Check in was easy, the staff was friendly, and parking was convenient. Its location on Larimer gives easy access to all things downtown Denver.

We had a wonderful stay! The house was just as pictured—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Our host was excellent, providing timely and responsive communication both before and during our trip. They were also very accommodating when we brought up two small issues, and everything was resolved the same day. The kids especially enjoyed the ping pong table in the garage—it was a big hit! We truly appreciated the hospitality and would definitely stay again. Highly recommend!

We will hook this again in the future for sure if the opportunity is there. Lots of fun things to do at the house and it was perfect for our group of 9! David was very attentive and helpful with any question I had! Thank you so much!

What a tranquil, lovely, and enjoyable stay! My wife, two dogs, and I worked remotely from Brian's place for just under a week while also visiting family and friends. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay! Exercise garage in the AM, cold plunge to wake up, hot tub to relax, sauna to sweat it out, and such an amazing tub, huge kitchen, and amazingly calming bedrooms. Honestly, we could have easily have stayed forever! Brian was an excellent host; always responsive, helpful to sharing the space, and very considerate with everything he's built and created at the home. Unquestionably we would be back again given the chance!

Beautiful home in a great location. Host was very nice and didn’t expect all the extra chores some of these owners ask. Would definitely stay again.

My family & I enjoyed this beautiful AIRBNB as if it was our home away from home. Our 5 kids LOVED the fenced in backyard. Plus the house is sooo roomy, we were able to put our children down for bed & go upstairs to enjoy alone time together. The host was beyond helpful with recommendations of places to visit & we had an amazing trip thanks to her & the cohosts. The hospitality was fantastic!! :)

Gorgeous well maintained private mountain getaway. We have family in the area and this will be our first choice for rentals in the area. Joseph is a proactive, communicative host. The house is well stocked with essentials including the kitchen. Thanks Joseph, we’ll be back to relax on your deck soon.
