great property and super nice host , was nice and clean and had everything you could need ! unfortunately it had to rain on our mini vacation but that didn’t stop us from the hot tub and enjoying our time will definitely stay again the the future and add more days because we weren’t ready to leave! 😊

The house was great! Clean, comfortable, and a perfect home base. We visited Denver, Boulder, Colorado Springs, went whitewater rafting, and watched a concert at Red Rocks Amphitheater and were able to return every night to the home. You can’t beat the central location. Thanks Andrew!

I can’t say enough about our stay at Jill’s house in Northglen. We had 6 bedrooms with ample space for all of us. The house was clean and the hosts were responsive during our stay. The backyard, including the pool are 10/10. The house is also very close to restaurants, grocery, a movie theater, etc. Can’t go wrong with this house!

Very convenient for a company with children, there are all the amenities, a swimming pool, a jacuzzi, gaming machines, and bunk beds.

We had a wonderful time at Black Hawk. Everything worked as expected. At times it was so peaceful you could hear a pin drop. Very beautiful.

This house was perfect for surprising my sister for her 60th birthday. Four friends/family got together. One guest was in a wheelchair and the wide open floor plan lent to easy navigation through the main house. We had a great time making memories. Thank you for making it easy.

We stayed here with a group of ten family members to celebrate a graduation, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The house was spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed—plenty of indoor and outdoor areas for relaxing and playing games together. We felt right at home from the moment we arrived. The location is ideal: close to grocery stores, restaurants, and shops, but without the hassle of heavy traffic. It’s also near great spots for outdoor recreation, which made it easy to enjoy nature and stay active. Everyone in our group truly enjoyed their stay. We had a wonderful visit and would absolutely come back again!

Great stay. Quiet area with easy access to everything! Went to golden, red rocks and wished we could stay longer. Easy to find. The rooms by season were done well and fun to see. The game room was entertaining and everything worked great. We would definitely recommend and stay here again

We enjoyed our stay. The house is very nice and comfortable and the location is convenient for walking with the trail across the street. Our dog enjoyed the fenced backyard as well as walks in the park. We hope to return.

The house was in a quiet neighborhood with park within walking distance. The décor gave the place a homey feeling. There were many games, two large TVs, and dressers for storage. The beds were comfortable, there were clothes hangers, and the house temperature easily controlled. The backyard was a nice size to let the dog out and had a large patio where we played corn hole. There’s ample comfortable seating in the living room and family room. The lighting was modern and much is dimmable. As we stayed for several days, it was nice to have a large kitchen for food prep including a big refrigerator and separate drink cooler. There was a good supply of coffee too. Loading and unloading belongings were great with the attached garage and easy access. The host, Justin, was very helpful and responsive to questions.

I loved this place so much I even extended for a night. The neighborhood is lovely and all of the neighbors were so friendly… The hot tub was super clean and everything was super comfortable! I would absolutely recommend.

Our group of three felt right at home during our stay at Caroline’s place. The house is in a great neighborhood with plenty of restaurants within walking distance. We loved the thoughtful decor and the layout of the Caroline’s place. Caroline was a great host and responded quickly to all communication. I’d definitely recommend Caroline’s place if your travels take you to the old Arvada area.

Great stay close to the city! I was able to work remotely super comfortably, which was at the top of my list.

We stayed with friends to attend a Red Rocks concert. It was a great space to share with another couple in a great neighborhood with plenty of restaurant options nearby. We highly recommend Old Town Arvada, but if you are interested in relaxing at home, Rich’s place has a great enclosed porch and deck that (when seasonally appropriate) are good gathering spots. A fully stocked kitchen, charcoal and gas grills make cooking at home an option as well.

The home was as advertised. All the necessary amenities to have a great stay. Great communication from the host. I would book this property again! It was a great stay.

Brad's place is the place to go if your thinking about a getaway in the Mountains. This home is beautiful and all the amenities that it has are awesome. Very peaceful and very quiet place. Brad is very responsive. I 100% recommend Brad's place. I would definitely come back. Thank You Brad!
