Monthly Rentals in Arroyo Grande

This was a work related trip so I chose Joshua's unique RV to mix up the trip for my young son and I. Those plans changed unexpectedly, as well as my work direction and weekend tasks. Literally the moment I arrived in town my work project took a sharp left turn/cancellation and I had to head right back from where I came. My guest and I had just enough time to be warmly greeted by all the chickens (that literally ran up to us when we pulled up), have a quick snack and re-arrange our mindsets before heading back down south. Everything was as described and it would have been so nice to wake up on a quiet tranquil farm. I alerted Joshua immediately and he worked a way to have a partial refund (Thank you!!!!) due to my unusual circumstances. I really appreciated the grace. It was a unique and satisfying "touch" of the space and I hope work calls me back up again so I can fulfill the entire experience as I had originally planned.

Overall great little spot hidden away behind the dunes. The place was super clean and a short walk from the beach. David was helpful & responsive. We stayed a whole month before our move to arroyo grande from Texas and would do it again no questions asked!

We had a fantastic stay at Paula's place. It is a room with en suite bathroom. It looks like Paula put a lot of thought in providing her guests with everything you would need--from clean towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, to cotton rounds and cotton tips! The bed was perfectly comfy with clean sheets. There is a desk and chair if you need to login to your computer and a nice armchair to just relax on. It is much like staying in a high priced hotel without the high price tag. My husband loved that our car is parked just outside the front door! The location is perfect for visiting wineries north and south, from Paso Robles to Santa Barbara. There's also a good selection of restaurants to choose from--bakeries, pizza, deli's, etc. I definitely recommend this place if you are planning to visit the surrounding area.

This was my second time staying at Adrianne‘s gorgeous suite! It’s immaculate, effortlessly stylish in a manner that isn’t stifling, and very comfortable. It’s walking distance to the quaint historic district in Arroyo Grande, and still very easy to get to the freeway. I will try to stay there every time I’m in the area. Adria and her family are warm and kind.
