We had a wonderful stay at the villa! It was in excellent condition and perfectly suited for our group of 7 friends. The location is fantastic—just a short walk to beautiful beaches and great cafes. The amenities were well-maintained, especially the pool, which we really enjoyed. Overall, it was a comfortable and memorable experience. Highly recommend!

We reached Goa early morning and we also contacted our hosts since the checkin was at 2pm and glad that they were very responsive and helpful!! And they also asked us to check in by 1 hour prior since we reached early, once we reached the stay me and my friends felt like a home!! The whole property is aesthetically designed with all the modern amenities which has pool and also a private garden. The villa is located in a peaceful location which was a plus point to a people like me to be away from the chaos! And whenever we needed something we used to reach out to our host and the response was highly quick and if any problem was arised, it was fixed in a short span!! Overall the stay was complete 10/10 recommendation to anyone looking for a peaceful stay, we all enjoyed it and it was quite difficult for us to leave this beautiful property at the end. And definitely would love to come back here again!!

The place is located at the great location, very near to main attractions, I had a really good time with my family at the villa, staff there was so supportive with everything. The best part was 24/7 caretaker . If you are looking for a place to stay with big group just go book it . It’s worth every penny

Prashant is an amazing host, nice accommodation with all you need, beautiful garden and pool, we got help with renting a scooter, some medication, ordering a taxi. If you are looking for a relaxing place away from hustle , it's here.

Great place to stay if you're around north goa. Place is squeaky clean and has a home like feeling. It was decided out with all furniture for a complete stay. Highly recommended.

Honest Review: A Perfect Getaway Spot for Large Groups & Families We recently stayed at this amazing property and had an absolutely wonderful experience. If you're planning a trip with a large group — especially with kids — this place is just perfect! The living room and balcony are super spacious, giving everyone plenty of room to relax, chat, and just enjoy each other’s company. There’s a TV and a Bluetooth speaker provided, which added a nice touch for entertainment during our stay. The rooms were very clean, and the bathrooms were hygienic and well-maintained with surprisingly good quality water — something that’s often overlooked but so important. The air conditioning in all rooms worked really well, which was a total blessing considering the hot climate during our visit. We were also impressed by the swimming pool — sparkling clean and just the right size for both kids and adults to enjoy. This is the most beautiful airbnb i have stayed till date.. wud like to call it home away from home. Soulful. Exactly what i wud want to call home someday. Minimalistic, classy, elegant, clutter-free and made mindfully to cater to a small family. All amenities provided as described aren’t just for namesake but are truly best quality like one wud have for ones o n home. The host is responsive and proactive yet not bothersome or intrusive at all. Hasslefree check in and check out with complete freedom. Pool was the high light for my lil ones, we cooked a bit , ordered out a bit, and walked into our place of choice just located close by. Although only one car parking was offered, both our cars were accommodated hasslefree. Highly highly recommended and worth every penny.

I had a pleasant stay at this Airbnb( Kahini) . The place was clean, comfortable, and matched the description. The host was responsive, friendly, and helpful making check-in and communication easy. The location is ideal for families looking for a private place close to beaches. It is more suited for someone who has a vehicle at their disposal as it a walk to main road. The kitchen is well equipped for breakfast and quick meals. I would recommend it.

One of the best resort I have visited. The host tetiana and vikas were really helpful and friendly. Great staff who knew how to serve the customer. The room was well equipped and the service was excellent. From the balcony, we could view the pool . The location of our room was absolutely perfect, a very good place to relax and chill. The scenery was beautiful and it was a relieve to walk in such a quiet and peaceful environment. I must say the location of the resort is at best.

Our stay was exceptional, cleaning was done daily. The pool was amazing. Backup power proved invaluable during a morning to afternoon power outage. The host and caretaker were highly responsive, ensuring a most pleasant experience.

Savio's place was a wonderful stay. They have a beautiful apartment, well designed and maintained. We felt comfortable and well provided for, compared to the many AirBnb's we've stayed in over the years. They were also very responsive to any questions or issues we had. Will surely love to visit the place again sometime soon.
