“This is a jewel (especially Room 1 on the backside)! Enjoyed every day of my stay and will definitely come again! It's great value for money in any case. Communication was perfect via WhatsApp (didn't meet he host Jason personally but spoke to him and he arranged pickup from the airport and a scooter for all days). Spacious, clean room (enough space for my yoga mat...), nice view from the window, quiet inspite of the busy street - because R1 faces the backyard. Caretaker Rama is wonderful, really helpful and a lovely soul! Rare to find somone like this on AirBnB. The location was nice for my visit - 30 mins by scooter to Panjim in the south (via the ferry from Betim) and 30 mins to the north where I met friends in Mandrem and enjoyed quiet time at Ashvem beach (the others are really touristy and crowded). The village of Assagao is also close by, just 15 mins - that's really a nice part of Goa, very peaceful, quiet and with lots of ancient villas. Can recommend Villa Blance café and Vinayak Family Restaurant (for fish).”

Ideal for couple ,located in quiet street yet close to beach shacks restaurants .Baga beach 20-25 minute walk or 10-12 minutes ride .The bed is comfy pullout sofa cum bed (double ) Free wifi provided.Safe and secure as the complex has 24 hrs security. Weekly free cleaning service for long stays ( on availability) Covid report/ 2 week home quarantine may be required by govt .
“The studio is everything you need. The space was very clean and the housekeeper came once through out our 9 night stay as well. There were refreshments upon arrival, which was nice after our long travel. Kajal was very accommodating and helpful. We arrived in the early morning and did not have a problem finding the place or receiving the keys. The pool was well maintained and the property was filled with beautiful greenery. I highly recommend this space and would come back.”
My place is in within 24/7 gated community of the Posh and Luxurious complex.Baga Beach is around 2 km and also very near to famous Club Cabana and famous Saturday Night market. My place is preferred to solo, girls, couples, family,elder people etc. My place is a set of 1 bedroom, 1 drawing room, 1 Dining place, 1 Toilet & a kitchenette. It is on first floor. It is in lap of nature & silence. It is also close to other beaches such as Calangute, vagator, Candolim and Anjuna.
“The place exactly suits the title "A Luxury Stay" .Apartment: It's a big 1 BHK flat.Rooms are very spacious for stay of 4 people.Apartment is well decorated and it's very clean. Complex: The complex is situated just at foot of Arpora hills and complex is surrounded by hills in two directions. The swimming pool is very beautiful and clean.Overall the complex is very posh. Also very safe, as security and CCTV camera available at Every point. So very much suitable for couples, females and families.Surrounding: It's very green and silent.Also many restaurants and supermarket available at walking distance.Overall, a perfect stay for Goa trip.”
