Serviced apartment holiday rentals in Arpora

It was nice experience there. appliances were functional and of best quality tv, washing machine, fidge etc. Caretaker provided contacts for rental bike, taxi. In between cleaning provided as our stay was for 3 days. Location is perfect for famous beaches. As well your stay is at quite place. Swiming pool we didn't use. Balcony was not facing a any building. Security staff was also supportive. Functional lift. Grocery shops restaurants and wine shops are nearby.

Hitesh and Jay were very polite and helpful would surely recommend this place. Easy instructions with provided amenities. Will surely visit again. 😊

It was a great stay

We stayed at this lovely 2 BHK apartment in Candolim, Goa for 3 nights. The property is clean, well maintained and located in a peaceful residential complex with swimming pool, security and stilt parking. It felt very safe and comfortable for our family. The apartment has all the required home appliances and utensils, which made our stay easy. There are also two balconies where you can relax and enjoy the greenery around. The beach and good restaurants are just 8–10 minute walk away and food delivery apps work well in this area. A general store is right next to the complex gate, which was very helpful for daily needs. The host, Mr. Gurpreet and the manager, Mr. JP, were very supportive and helpful during our stay. Daily cleaning was also provided, which kept the place neat and tidy. We had a great time here and would happily recommend this place to anyone visiting North Goa.

We stayed in A1. The place was clean and matched with the images provided. Raja ( Care taker ) was super cooperative and really helpful. Totally recommend this stay.

All things good and I still might not justify the way I felt at Rupesh's apartment iI Vagator. The place is cozy, absolutely clean, hygienic and pretty! Everything that was listed was there. And if there was anything needed, it was made available with few hours (like I wanted better pillows and new were ordered immediately). Having stayed at couple of other BNBs in the vicinity earlier I can say with confidence, you get quality in this apartment. Not flimsy, shaky, cheap furniture but solid wood ones which were of great taste and quality (including the furnishing). Small space but well kept. Didn't have a washing machine (which if added will be great) but plenty options around to give your laundry. Plenty food places to order or to go to. Anjuna beach is 10 min drive, Ozran and Vagator maybe less than 5. But the highlight is the warmth and care that Rupesh and his caretaker bring to the table. They sincerely want to make your trip comfortable! Thank you so much Rupesh!

The place is very decent, tip top. Nice perfumes and freshners are used which elevates mood. Amenities are as mentioned. Host is quite cooperative and responsive!! Worth paying and staying here.

This has been my second visit and as usual perfect welcome and great service. No issues if you want to extend your stay. Great place to be with greenery surrounding the area as well as nice and quiet. Great enjoyed the stay.

My experience at Coral Stays was absolutely outstanding. Had a wonderful stay at Sunaina’s place. We love the location because it’s in a quieter area but very close to everything in Calangute, making it accessible to the beach, bars, and restaurants. We have stayed in this building before at another unit and loved it so much that we were excited to come back. The staff is also extremely friendly. There’s 24 hour security and the cleaning staff comes daily. The apartment is very comfortable, clean, and has all the amenities you will need during your stay. We cooked a lot and we had all the tools we needed. The bed is also a king size and extremely comfortable. Sunaina was very responsive whenever we reached out to her. The gas tank in the kitchen ran out halfway through our stay, and she had the replacement delivered first thing the next morning. She was quick to respond and kept open communication throughout our stay. Overall, I would definitely recommend Sunaina’s place to anyone looking for a central location in Goa in a superb apartment!

We had an amazing stay at Mirashya Homes! The property is located in a very convenient part of North Goa — clean, peaceful, and close to the famous beaches and local markets, which made exploring the area super easy. The rooms were neat, well-maintained, and cleaned daily — huge shoutout to Prasonjeet, the housekeeping guy, who did a fantastic job keeping our space fresh and spotless every day. What truly made our stay special was Arun Naik. He was incredibly warm and thoughtful — he called us personally to congratulate us on our recent wedding and even decorated our bed beautifully as a surprise. He kept checking in to ensure everything was perfect and made us feel genuinely welcomed. We loved the place so much that we decided to extend our stay, and Arun was kind enough to offer us a great discount. Honestly, he was the highlight of our experience — such a wonderful and caring person. Also, Pappu, the caretaker, was always around to help with anything we needed.
