Monthly Rentals in Arlington Heights

Probably the best AirBnB that I have stayed at! The rental space is located over a three car garage of a home and is very spacious. There is a separate entrance to the rental space, and parking in a one car garage which is a great addition. From the moment we walked inside, it smelled so good and clean. Walk up the stairs to the living room which was spacious with a VERY comfortable couch. Kitchen had a full side fridge, burners (no oven) and a dishwasher. The sink had a garbage disposal feature as well. There is a small desk next to a stacked washer/dryer which came in handy for our week stay. The bedroom was also spacious and the bed was SO comfortable! The bathroom was so clean and the shower had great pressure with a removable head. The sink was large and the toilet was spotless. Because it is located over the garage, we didn’t have to worry about “tip-toeing.” The home was in a very quiet neighborhood located near many restaurants and stores. HIGHLY recommended Abby’s space

This was an exceptional home! It was so clean, had well maintained furnishings, and had everything you need for a comfortable family or group stay. The host literally had everything you may need on hand and stocked! I highly recommend this stay. We felt right at home! It is beautiful and spacious. The back patio and large gathering spaces made our gathering with family (for a wedding) a special experience.

We were in town for a family event and needed a space that could accommodate the needs of parents, youngsters and grandparents. This was a great find. Comfy, with room to spread out and a big, fenced backyard for playing. Several playgrounds nearby. Easy drive into downtown Arlington Heights and to Mariano’s grocery. Blaine was a friendly and responsive host.

Brad was very quick to respond and made sure we were comfortable. The unit is very clean, quiet, and comfortable. Location was walkable to downtown Arlington Heights. Perfect for our needs!!
