It was a lovely place,well equipped and spacious. It is walking distance to the beach and the town shops which was great. It was very hot and so it would have been much better to have a top sheet rather than duvet…maybe these could be left in the linen cupboard? We also had to rush straight away to the supermarket to buy dishwasher tabs,rubbish bags etc so a few of these would have been very helpful.

We had a lovely few days staying in Arcachon. Our accommodation was perfect for our needs. Would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Extremely well located accommodation, in the center of Andernos and quiet. Shops directly accessible but also beach from the city center. The accommodation is located just 20 minutes from the ocean beaches. A flawless welcome from Ludivine. Great stay to be repeated.

Such a lovely place, we really enjoyed our stay. Not a huge amount to do in the immediate area (we did not have a car with us) but the house itself is gorgeous and a lovely place to chill out. The place would benefit from a couple of small essentials to make things easier for guests (eg. Towels, kettle, dishwasher detergent, olive oil and salt and pepper etc.) but otherwise was an amazing place with plenty at our disposal. It’s a great house for kids: open plan, travel cot and bedding provided, very cute kids’ bedroom and Anne was kind enough to let our daughter use the toys at the house too.

Martine is a particularly kind and welcoming host. You can book her house without a second thought, everything goes great with her. Ell is helpful, smiling, and flexible. The location of the house allowing you to do everything in the area on foot is very nice as well as the heated pool.

We highly recommend Barbara's place, charming and responsive hosts. It is located in a quiet area, close to shops. It is well equipped and tastefully decorated. Bedding and shower rooms are very clean. The pool is a real "plus". We'll be happy to come back.

Maxime's place is as described. The location in Ares is very good, close to the pool, shops and restaurants. The environment is very quiet, the terrace very pleasant and the parking space wide and secluded from the road. The house is very well decorated, very nice and clean. Maxime is responsive, friendly and welcoming. I would highly recommend it

We had a very pleasant long weekend at Michèle and Jacques's. The house was suitable for 2 couples with 2 babies under one year and a 3-year-old child (1 umbrella bed, 1 high chair, 2 bathrooms, one with bathtub). The house is in perfect condition and well-equipped. And thank you again for the welcome gift :)

We loved our stay in Arcachon, great location with all the amenities we needed in Laure’s lovely house. We used the bikes, took the ferry across the bay (with bikes), took the train to Bordeaux, and didn’t need to use the car all week. The house was spotless and Laure was so helpful with all aspects of our stay. Location so peaceful - and handy for everything we needed: beach, ferry, shops, restaurants etc. Highly recommended.

The accommodation is very well appointed and decorated with taste . The kitchen and the bathroom are very well equipped with state-of-the-art appliances. It is well located for getting around and for shops. The terrace is very pleasant ,in a quiet setting in a green setting. Nathalie is very friendly and accommodating. She lent us bikes and her husband fixed one. This is a place to recommend for a couple or family with 2 children .

The villa is spacious and well equipped. Great for a family or group of friends. Ideally located for gravitating on both sides of the Bassin d 'Arcachon, Bordeaux and Lacanau. The village is pleasant (tobacco, pharmacy, local market, pizzeria... The garden is large, wooded to have both sunny and shaded areas, well fenced for the safety of dogs and children. The large terraces are very nice. The owner is very responsive and helpful. We recommend this house for a nice stay for families or groups of friends.

Great place in a great location perfect for a family holiday

Accommodation as described, very nice with the terrace! Ideally located in the Arcachon basin. Close to the first amenities, including the market and the hall which is very pleasant. Very responsive host, easy to communicate with. I would recommned this property.

A great stay in Arcachon! The location is really ideal, close to everything. The house, full of charm, breathes the family spirit and you feel good there right away. Perfect for enjoying the region in a warm and welcoming setting. I recommend it without hesitating!

Small house in a very quiet neighborhood, tastefully renovated. Very nice bedding. Very nice garden with its pergola, fenced for our dog. Access to the lake is less than 10 minutes' walk and the center of Sanguinet is 15 minutes away through the woods. Ideal starting point to go to the Arcachon basin, Biscarosse, Mimizan. We enjoyed the Navarosse area with its small canals and its port lined with white sand. Communication with Clémence (co-host) was very easy and responsive. We recommend Brigitte's house.

Very well located accommodation close to all the shops. The distribution of the rooms is perfect and the small terrace is very nice for a good evening. Top-notch amenities and impeccable cleanliness. i recommend it!

We spent one week vacation in Maisa's accommodation in a quiet and peaceful residence, close to Lacanau Lake, just 10 minutes by bike and 40 minutes from the ocean (driving properly). The house is very well equipped, comfortable, convenient, bikes available, a barbecue. The terrace and hot tub are a real plus, I highly recommend this accommodation as well as the environment. There are very good places nearby and many bike paths. We were 5 adults and a child; Maisa also provided toys for the child which is lovely.

A lovely home in a quiet location, about 10 minutes walk from the town centre and a parking space. It was clean, cosy, private, and comfortable. Marie-Dominique was welcoming and helpful when we needed it.

Irene is a very responsive and friendly hostess. The cottage is independent, comfortable, and well-equipped, as described. We will return without hesitation with pleasure on the occasion of a future trip.

We had a great time at this place! Everything was perfectly tidy, very clean, and the location is ideal: only 5 minutes walk to the beach and in close proximity to an ALDI for affordable shopping. The hosts were very welcoming, and it went smoothly. However, we noticed some smells of sewage coming up in the small residence, especially in the bedroom of 4. Despite this small inconvenience, we recommend this listing for its comfort and location.
