Amenities nearby (bakery, crossroads, fishmonger, ...) 3 minutes by car. The ocean is a few kilometers away, accessible by car (10 minutes) and by bike (30 minutes) and the first beaches of the basin.

Attention swimming pool closed from 13/11 to 18/12. "fisherman's house" in pedestrian residence, park, direct access to the beach, bike paths, walks on the coastal path and beautiful beaches. The house consists of a living room (sofa bed 2 people), a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with 2 single beds, an equipped kitchenette (dishwasher, fridge, plates), a bathroom, a separate toilet, a terrace with a table, sunbeds, pets allowed. (sheets and towels not included)

Our house, completely renovated in 2018, welcomes you for a holiday or a long weekend in the wild part of Bassin d 'Arcachon. Ideally located on a very quiet street in the center of Ares, you will be a 3 minute walk from the basin and a 15 minute drive to the ocean beaches of Cap Ferret. You can do anything on foot or by bike (walks, beach, shopping, shopping, Ares market). You can also enjoy the garden and the large wooden terrace, in a peaceful environment.
