Holiday rentals with an EV charger in Arès

The apartment is ideally located 50 meters from the beach which allowed us to take long walks by the water to Arcachon or to the dune of Pilat. Very good restaurants nearby. We were greeted by Louis, an extremely friendly and very responsive host. The accommodation is perfect for a couple, but can accommodate a family with 2 children. The exposure is ideal because it allows you to have 2 terraces, one of which is in the shade most of the time. Had a lovely stay!

The accommodation matches the description of the listing and is very well located where everything is within walking distance. A little surprise from Mariannes was waiting for us in the refrigerator. The pool can be a plus even if the beaches are nearby.

The accommodation is very well located, clean, air-conditioned (including the bedroom), large underground indigo parking, functional with a manual written by Amélie to consult upon arrival (useful). We had a nice stay at this apartment in a good location, comfortable and true to the listing. The environment is quiet, and access to the city center is very convenient. A small downside concerns the promise of electric car charging: despite this indication in the listing, neither the concierge nor the owner were able to give us clear instructions, and the nearby terminals seem to be out of order. Apart from that, the overall experience remains very positive.

Our stay at Thierry's was perfect. House very easy to access and well designed. The kitchen and bathroom are in their original state but are very practical so perfect for us. Thierry is very friendly and responds very quickly. Bedding is good. There is an excellent balance bike that my 4-year-old daughter really enjoyed. Thanks again for our stay.

We had a great stay in Fabiens spacious house that had everything you need during a holiday. We all enjoyed the swimming pool and the kids loved the TV area. The Beertender was a bonus for the adults! Fabien answered all our questions in no time. We would recommend staying here.

Everything was absolutely perfect, beyond our expectations! Patrick and Véronique (parents of Jean-Victor) do everything to make the stay enjoyable: small touches upon arrival, a warm welcome, good recommendations for addresses, and always very helpful. The apartment is superb, well maintained, very well equipped (a pleasure to cook on site), and the terrace is obviously amazing. The plus: all baby essentials (crib, baby bathtub, changing mat). The accommodation has everything you need and, above all, an outstanding location with secure parking. We enjoyed our breakfast right on the beach and ended the days with a glass of wine - less than 100 meters away.

Great place! We did not use our vehicle of the week, we did everything on foot. It's a real plus to make the most of the holidays. The supermarket is a 5 min walk very convenient and the center is 10 min away. The accommodation is very clean, has everything you need for the week. The host is very accommodating and easily available on the phone. We enjoyed the pool all week. Would recommend!
