You can do everything on foot or by bike. The apartment is quiet, the rooms are at the back.

Ideally located on a very quiet street in the center of Ares, you will be a 3 minute walk from the basin and a 15 minute drive to the ocean beaches of Cap Ferret. You can do anything on foot or by bike (walks, beach, shopping, shopping, Ares market). You can also enjoy the garden and the large wooden terrace, in a peaceful environment.

The Crocolion

The crocolion is an apartment located in the center of Arès. It consists of a living room equipped with a flat screen TV and a sofa bed, a kitchen area with fridge, induction cooktop, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, microwave oven etc... On this level there is also the bathroom with toilet and walk-in shower. Towels and sheets are provided free of charge. Naturally considerate, we are here to make your stay as pleasant as possible.

Open and fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, stove, electric coffee maker, Tassimo, toaster, food processor). Outside, you can rest in the deckchairs or garden furniture, enjoy a meal cooked on the griddle or simply go to the end of the street to enjoy the beach!

Located a few steps from the bike path, this new 25 m2 apartment with garden will allow you to enjoy the beach and shops while being quiet in a residential area, whatever the season.
