We had a fantastic stay in Alex penthouse apartment, the views overlooking the harbour and the coastline were stunning. There was numerous places of interest and nice restaurants/cafe's within walking distance from the apartment. The apartment was finished to a very high standard, and was very peaceful. Alex and Christine were great hosts and always available to provide help and information as required. We highly recommend a stay at this apartment/location , and we will come again soon. We have just returned from a fabulous week at Denfield. The house is beautiful, spotlessly clean, with a beautiful outside sitting area and view across the fields to the sea. Shirley and John, the hosts, were great. Communication was excellent and they checked in with us during our stay to ensure that everything was ok. They also provided a tasty starter pack for us including the most delicious local strawberries. Our group included a small dog and my Mum who has mobility issues. However, the house was well set up for her, with a large downstairs bedroom and en suite/jack & jill bathroom. The dog was also made welcome, with treats and a Mud Daddy portable shower unit for those wash downs after the beach walks! I would not hesitate to recommend this house and would visit again. We would come back and we would recommend to others. Everything we needed and more was provided - toiletries, dog towels, bowls and treats, milk in fridge and tea and coffee, dishwasher tablets. It was a very easy, comfortable and warm place to stay (important and not always the case with holiday accommodation in a Scottish winter). It was also well kept and clean with well kept garden space. It's also within easy reach of local towns but you are definitely in the countryside. Suited our family very well for a short stay and Rhona was very quick to respond when we asked anything.

Owner responds immediately to all question. Nothing was a hassle for her. Couldn’t recommend the place too highly and parking was excellent.
