Alessandro and his family were very welcoming and kind, the place is ideal for those looking for an authentic place surrounded by nature. The apartment is spacious and tastefully decorated. The hills of Cocconato are beautiful, surrounded by vineyards and plowed fields. Very relaxing.

From Mr. Franco never wrong, his sailing house is impeccable, cozy, very clean and nothing is missing! The outdoor area is beautiful, tranquility, comfort, beautiful views and lots of greenery. This Easter weekend, the weather graced us and my family and I enjoyed the outdoor space and the very comfortable barbecue x have a nice grill !! Thank you Franco , always available, discreet and available ! 🙏

We had a great time. The welcome was perfect. It's a very peaceful place for a green vacation. Be careful, the path to the house can be surprising... very steep and not wide. Do not attempt to descend with a low-profile car. But after a few climbs and descents, we didn't pay attention to it anymore! The house has lots of charm.
