Erwin and Liliane are very friendly hosts, they live ‘next door’ but never intruded on our privacy. They were very helpful when we asked about anything (how to work the gas plancha, which villages to visit) The view is absolutely stunning. We had a large terrace plus the pool area to admire it from and of course the pool itself which I used every day. The area is a mix of busy coastal towns and quieter mountain scenery and villages. Great restaurant nearby. The apartment itself is a little old fashioned in places, but it had everything we needed. We were very happy there. Thank you Liliane and Erwin!

If you are debating booking this property just DO IT! Olga was the absolute sweetest host and showed us around the villa when we checked in. I had another property booked for months on Airbnb and they cancelled with less than 24 hours when I was already in France. Olga accommodated our last minute booking and literally saved our trip. The villa is a rare Airbnb where the photos truly don’t do it justice- it’s even more beautiful in person. The views are breathtaking and my children LOVED the pool. Olga even provided pool toys and there’s a mini trampoline on the property and so kid friendly. My kids didn’t want to leave to go to Nice and we just loved our stay in Menton

We had a very nice time in the accommodation. The cottage is quietly located in the olive slopes in the garden of another house. Both hikes and bike tours can be started directly on site. The beautiful old town of Cervo is about 5 minutes' walk away, and the sea is 10-15 minutes' walk away. The amenities are nothing special, but everything you need is there. From the seat where the pool is also located, you can still enjoy the view of the sea in the evening.

Had a fantastic stay at Jon's place in Villefranche. The house is set up perfectly for a family gathering and stands up to the pictures. Well located in the hills above Villefranche-sur-mer, it served as a great base for our family to explore the area around Nice.

- Overall: Very satisfied with the stay. - Space: There were two of us and we had more than enough space. There is enough space for a couple and children, but probably not enough for 2 couples. The "main" bed on the upper floor is rather narrow. - Location: Very quiet location, secluded on the slope, but neighbors who you can sometimes hear in the garden during the day. In the evening, you can hear frogs croaking. Approximately 20 minutes by car to Nice and 5 minutes to the village of Tourette-Levens, where there is a Spar, a bakery and 3-4 restaurants. Approximately 30 minutes by car to Monaco. Parking available. - Cleanliness: Everything is very clean. Enough towels, toilet paper, cleaning supplies, shampoo, etc. available. - Hostess: Very friendly and passionate. Even proactively bought croissants and brought them by on the first morning. Judith ensures maximum privacy for guests. - Pool: Large pool, filled with salt water (little salt), enough space for 4-5 people. - Minus points: outdoor shower by the pool and the WLAN have

Excellent modern villa. There are 6 bedrooms with their own bathrooms, two of which have no windows. There is a large adjoining territory with a swimming pool where you can have a great time with a large group of people. Access to the villa and to the sea without a car is difficult. The access road to the villa is for fairly experienced drivers.

An absolutely stunning property, exactly as it appears in the photos. Incredible views and a tucked-away location with old town charm but easy access to the seafront, shops and restaurants. The apartment was also spotlessly clean when we arrived, and Amelia was very helpful and quick to answer any questions. Highly recommended!

Beautiful house and beautiful surroundings. The house is perfectly located. There is a lot to do and still have your peace and quiet. Very nice place for all kinds of things. We would come back!

La Turbie is a stunning location perched high in the hills, offering incredible views. That said, the roads leading up are quite winding and steep, so it's best suited for travelers who are comfortable driving in mountain terrain. The property itself was very clean and well-maintained—Brigette does a great job keeping things tidy. One thing to note is that there’s no air conditioning; however, a fan is available upon request, which helped. The hosts were helpful and provided excellent local recommendations. The town of La Turbie is about a 10-minute walk away and offers charming restaurants and amenities. It’s also just a short (though twisty) drive to both Nice and Monaco, making the location very convenient for exploring the area.

We had a great time at Rutger’s place, enjoying a lovely welcome from the host himself which was very welcome after a long drive from the UK🍷 We loved the outstanding views from the property and the close proximity to Monaco for our visit to the Grand Prix. As with all properties in this area, we enjoyed(?) the work out provided by the slopes and hills. We would happily stay in this great family home again. One of the best places I’ve ever stayed in. The view from the balcony is absolutely beautiful; I could relax there all day. We spent a few weeks here as digital nomads, and the house is perfect for that purpose. We had everything we needed for a long-term stay. Domus Ista - the right house.. for the two of us, definitely! We had a great time in Stefanos stylishly renovated house. Upon arrival, you can already notice how much feeling, taste and know-how the house has been renovated with. Super charming mix of old and new! Ideally located for one or the other tour by bike and still close to the sea. Beautifully situated in the countryside and on the balcony, with a view of the sea and the beautiful old church tower, you can let your soul wander for breakfast! We will surely come back....to the right house for us!

Highly recommend staying at this absolutely beautiful home. Looks exactly like the pictures, the views were stunning and Thomas was very responsive. The hot tub was a lovely edition and everything was very clean and tidy. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and were very sad when it came to an end. Thank you very much Thomas!

if you want to have a quiet stay but close to the chin center, you will be in the right place! the accommodation offers a beautiful view from the large terrace , it is spacious and perfectly equipped, completely refurbished. The little extra, the private courtyard to park! communication with Marco was perfect and very friendly, we will go back without hesitation.

We had a great time at the accommodation, Federico was always approachable and a great help. The kitchen is very well equipped and you have everything you need. Corrado welcomed us very warmly upon our arrival at Casa Teresa. For our first day of vacation, there was, among other things, home-grown olive oil, limoncello and focaccia. We lacked nothing. The apartment was a real hit and we could reach Corrado at any time with questions. The folder with the great recommendations for beaches, activities, restaurants and very good ice cream was also great for exploring the beautiful surroundings. He was on site several times and we found it exciting to exchange ideas with him. An absolute, warm recommendation - we will be back.

Very nice apartment as described: The place to put on the bike is a plus,. Very quiet village but well located 5 minutes from the Escarene.

Very nice for nature lovers who are sure-footed hikers in mountainous terrain. For those who want to try and enjoy a simple life, have a soft spot for natural stone walls and natural stone houses and want to experience the atmosphere in them, this accommodation is an absolute hit. Willingness to improvise is advantageous. All this with very friendly, attentive and helpful hosts.
