Eddie's little house was very nice and pleasant. We felt like on holidays at our grandmother's place with a countryside atmosphere and beautiful views. Everything was comfortable, clean, the house is well equipped with all necessities.

Just wonderful! Graham and family have such a wonderful apartment for any Lake District trip. Greeted with a lovely welcoming card and drinks in the fridge, the apartment was spotless! Great info for the local area and recommendations which were great. Great location to explore anywhere with ease. Amazing shower and comfy bed. We would definitely return and recommend to our family and friends! 10/10!

We had a slight issued getting in but we called Jade and she sorted it out straight away. The accommodation is described very accurately so you know exactly what you are going to get. Great location for nights out in Keswick and for walking the surrounding hills.

We came to stay on spring bank week. We were blown away by how beautiful the Cottage and the countryside was. Great walks from the doorstep. Braithwaite and Keswick only 1 mile away and easy to get to if walking or in a car. Some lovely places to eat in Keswick but all quite pricey so be prepared to spend some dosh. The cottage has everything you need for a relaxing break and the garden also equally beautiful. The Cottage has been decorated to a high standard and fitted with modern bathrooms and kitchen. Amazing log burner in the lounge to snuggle next to and Sky glass tv to watch a film or enjoy a good series with access to Netflix and prime. There are plenty of towels and spares in the cupboard. Really nice touch to have a lovely hamper of local goodies left for us and also a hamper of toiletries in the bathroom. We can’t fault anything at all apart from the mattress in the master was a bit too firm for us. Apart from that everything was very clean and we had a perfect stay.
