Marina and her family were helpful and very kind, always ready to help and provide useful directions and information. The accommodation was very clean and is located in a very quiet and evocative area, but very comfortable to reach Lipari and the other towns on the island.

Lory's place is as described, the terrace is fantastic as are the views over the sea and to the horizon. There are a couple of good restuarants close by but you will need a car to fully enjoy the experience. A great quiet place to relax, unwind and get away from everyday life.

Angela is an excellent host - very kind, helpful, friendly and quick to answer any questions. Although we did not really have a common language she was very good at using Google Translate so communication was not a problem at all. The apartment is lovely, spacious and clean. The bed is very comfortable. There is a marvellous terrace with wide views, and the house is out of Lipari town. That means a 15 minute walk down and up a very steep road ; it was not a problem for us, but would be for anyone with reduced mobility. I would recommend this apartment.
