Our family had a wonderful stay at Ludo’s home. Very spacious for the 5 of us. Ludo greeted us upon arrival and gave us all the details and recommendations we needed. We very much enjoyed all of his artwork, books, and overall design of his home. The surrounding area was wonderful! So many shops, restaurants and very walkable. Highly recommend.

The listing exactly matches the photos and descriptions given. Fully equipped kitchen, with easy to use thermomix and convenient for preparing meals (even the smallest ones). Small extras: Baby amenities provided! The space is pretty well soundproofed, making it easier to live in a community. The terrace in the sun from morning to evening with a clear view of the mountain offers a considerable advantage. The chalet's location is convenient to get to the ski runs with the free shuttle and car spot available and free. I highly recommend this place although I would have liked to keep this gem to myself!

I enjoyed my stay at “the Loft”, which, as its name suggests, is on the top (2nd) floor of a small building with 2 other apartments. It is a light, airy, and very pleasant space that rewards the climb up the stairs. The kitchen really does have everything you need to make real meals (and even to bake) and would be suitable for long-term stays. The bedroom faces a busy road but the windows do a good job of blocking out the noise. The garden and bikes are an added bonus, and the location (in a quiet residential area) is only 20 minutes on foot to the train station and around 25 to the nearest beach (at the Imperial). I would definitely stay there again. Communication with Sandra was smooth and she was a gracious host.

perfect accommodation for 2 nights with 2 adults and 2 teenagers. We slept very well. thank you for your full explanation before arrival. only small plus there were only 2 seats(bar stools) to have breakfast. otherwise the place was perfect for landing after a judo competition. Benoit's loft is perfectly located in the middle of the pedestrian zone and thus offers short distances to restaurants, shops and even the train station (about 300m). However, a gate and a backyard do not give you the feeling that it is noisy. The loft is cozy and has everything it needs. I felt very comfortable and it is perfect for a visit to Montelimar!

We only spent one night at Thibaut's place, but everything was perfect. Very clean accommodation, coffee and tea available, rather comfortable bedding and rather romantic atmosphere! I recommend it, we'll be back with pleasure!

Xanthe replied immediately to any of my questions before arriving and offered maps and material to explorer the area once I arrived. The loft apartment is huge and very self contained. The town is small so it's easy to walk anywhere within it or the immediate countryside. I thoroughly enjoyed our talks and discovering the nooks and crannies she mentioned.
