Loft holiday rentals in Annecy

We booked this stay last minute for a ski trip in Morzine and couldn’t have been happier! The location is absolutely perfect, right in the heart of town with everything within easy reach, including the lifts. The apartment was spotlessly clean, really comfortable, and had everything we needed after a day on the slopes. Our host was incredibly friendly, helpful, and made us feel so welcome from the moment we arrived. Would definitely stay here again - highly recommended!

Très beau logement indépendant très bien équipé avec tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un agréable séjour. Nous ne sommes restés qu'un jour mais nous reviendrons avec plaisir dans cette belle région. Merci à Brigitte pour l'accueil et de nous avoir accompagné en voiture jusqu'au village un peu plus bas.

Tout s'est très bien passé, le logement était propre et bien équipé et l'heure de d'arrivée et de départ étaient flexibles.

We had a lovely week at Emily’s chalet. Emily was communicative before arrival and was on hand for any queries during our stay. The chalet had everything we needed for a family of 2 adults and 3 children and the location was perfect. A short walk from the centre of the village and with the ski bus just around the corner we did not use the car at all. The heated boot room was useful and there is a sauna although we didn’t use it. The welcome gift was a nice touch, we enjoyed the bottle of wine on the balcony taking in the amazing mountain views in the sunshine. The supermarket is close by for morning croissants before hitting the slopes and is well stocked for cooking at the chalet. We also ate at three of the restaurants in the village, worth booking as they do get busy. We highly recommend a family ski break in Les Carroz and Emily’s place was a delight.

Charles est un hôte extrêmement sympathique et disponible. Le logement est très fonctionnel et le cadre simplement magnifique et dépaysant. À 30 min de Genève, 1h de Annecy c’est tout simplement géniale. Nous en gardons une très bonne expérience. Merci encore pour votre accueil ! :)

Wonderful stay in the best location in Chamonix for all activities and restaurants and shopping. It was centrally located but felt isolated given the grounds that the loft was located within. My family of 7 fit perfectly comfortable. Odile was so helpful and so responsive. I would stay again 100%!

Nous avons passés un très bon séjour à chatel, le logement est très bien situé. L’appartement est décoré avec goût, bien équipé et la vue est très belle. Seul bémol, pour les chambres aucune n’a de porte ce qui peut être parfois un peu dérangeant. Merci pour tout, je recommande ce logement

Très bon séjour chez Marie-Pierre, comme décrit dans l'annonce le loft est très très bien équipé, et très propre. La procédure d’accueil est bien détaillée, et Marie-Pierre s'avère être tout à fait disponible pour répondre aux éventuelles questions. La présence du parking est également appréciable. A noter : Comme il nous a été mentionné, l'une des deux chambres est plus fraîche que l'autre, mais ce n'est pas nécessairement un problème si on laisse le poêle tourner un peu plus.

We had a wonderful stay at Michel’s charming loft, expertly overseen by his friendly assistant Sylvie. The apartment is spotless, thoughtfully decorated, and perfectly located - just a 7-minute stroll to both the train and bus stations, and about 10 minutes to glittering Lake Annecy. Nestled right on the edge of the old town, it was the ideal base for exploring the markets, cafés, and canals. Michel and Sylvie were warm, responsive, and made check-in a breeze. Highly recommended for anyone wanting a cozy, central spot in Annecy!

Der Ort ist in der Session etwas weniger aktiv aber dafür umso ruhiger und genau wie wir es uns vorgestellt hatten. Man hat eine wunderschöne Aussicht die insbesondere Frühstück und Abendessen sehr verschönert haben. Die Unterkunft ist wirklich perfekt gepflegt und man merkt die Liebe zum Detail. Mehr als Alltagsspuren haben wir nicht gesehen. Lori hat auch proaktiv kommuniziert und bei kleineren Problemen hatten war die Kommunikation schnell hilfreich und stets freundlich. Ich kann die Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen. Wir waren im Sommer da aber ich glaube der Charme ist im Winter noch ein bisschen schöner.

Le logement correspond exactement aux photos et descriptions donner. Cuisine entièrement équipée, avec thermomix facile d’utilisation et pratique pour préparer les repas (mêmes des plus petits). Petits plus : équipements bébés fournis! Le logement est plutôt bien insonorisé ce qui facilite la vie en communauté. La terrasse au soleil du matin au soir avec vu dégagé sur la montagne offre un avantage considérable. L’emplacement du chalet est pratique pour se rendre sur les pistes de ski avec la navette gratuite et emplacement de voiture à disposition et gratuite. Je recommande grandement ce logement bien que j’aurai aimé garder cette pépite pour moi!
