This area was a lovely surprise. Although you are not lake front, the D.A.R.E. Power Park with its beach and boat launch areas was less than 2 miles away. The cabin has all of the basics we needed to cook in and spend time together—which was our main objective. Opelika is not far away and (if you get storms, as we did) it has cute shops, breweries, and good food. It was easy to check in and out. Quiet area with nice people.

The fishhook was in a great location, fishing was good. The beds are a little firm for me but a great place to stay. I would go back there to stay anytime. Thanks for having us Faye.

After having a problem with a different home, we contacted Kim and she let us come right over, without any notice. We were very appreciative of that. The place was perfect for our group of 5. The beds and sofas were comfortable, the pools were open, and we could see them from our apartment. I also liked that there were coffee filters available, because for some reason I always forget those! The only negatives, if I were to call them that, was that the pools were a little small, but it states that in the info, and it would have been nice to have a swim dock on the lake for those wanting to take a dip there. Neither were big issues, however. Thanks for a great stay!

What a great stay! Mrs Ramona was very quick to respond to any questions. One of the most comfortable beds we’ve ever slept on. Kitchen was well supplied. Bathrooms were spotless. Can’t wait to stay again
