She brought us pastries when we arrive at 11pm. Let us have a fire, use her firewood, and was super flexible with our needs. Her dogs are also very friendly and my dog loved exploring the grounds.

Carol and Wally’s place is beautiful beyond words! It is peaceful, relaxing, restorative! Everything inside is designed to make you not only comfortable but visually enchanted. Everything we needed was present. Heater worked great and Wally’s special skill with woodworking was exceptional throughout this extremely well built cabin. The “Bug House” was a delightful addition sitting right on the edge of the pond and having a small wood stove with dry wood available for evening or day use. A well built dock is present for use on the pond if desired with kayaks also present. An overall delightful experience which we would not hesitate to use again!

I loved this well-constructed a-frame and its peaceful surroundings. This was a great place to sit and feel close to nature while being perfectly comfortable at the same time.

Price was good, host was very nice and helpful and responded quickly. Nice place, clean, organized, has dishes and pans and all that, comfy bed. Close to the beach and a few restaurants. There is 4 little cabins right there all a little bit different from one another and right on the golf course. All in all was a good experience.
