Monthly Rentals in Ammon

This new townhouse was beautiful and comfortable. There was a bunch of road closures around it but it was still easy to get to. It was quiet and the beds were comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!

Great little place. Very clean. King bed was nice. The kitchen was better than expected. Felt safe at location. Would use again for sure. Only complaint was the second “bed” (sleeps 4) was a futon and not really big enough for 2 adults. Great place for 2 or 3.

With three bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms, we could spread out, put the kids to bed early, plenty of group space, relatively new, very clean, felt very safe with lots of neighbors nearby. Neighbors were very respectful and quiet. McKenzie responded within just a few minutes when I texted her. She offers parking in the garage, which is totally empty!! How often do you see a totally empty garage?? I love knowing that she does not allow pets and that we wouldn't be living in residual pet hair. We loved our stay and will definitely be back!

Don't let this one get away! The place is just as pictured, but surprisingly bigger. It was stocked with everything we needed. We used the outdoor grill to BBQ, and hangout with family while enjoying the weather. The neighbors are nice and although we didn't have kids or pets, if we did, this wouldve been that much more amazing with the playground, swings and dog park right outside. The host was very responsive and friendly. If this fits your needs, you won't regret it.
