Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Ammon

Had a family gathering! It was very welcoming and fun! Communicates well when things are brought upon. Very kind and friendly! Will definitely stay here again!!!

Our family gathered here for girls weekend. This house made a wonderful gathering spot. It was able to accommodate our group with plenty of space. The hot tub was a hit. The young girls enjoyed the toys. The kitchen is great for feeding a crowd. The location was beautiful and peaceful. We would stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay. It was very roomy and had something for everyone. From the jungle room to the galaxy room. Games downstairs was a hit before the house is very clean and tidy. We would definitely stay again.

We stayed here for a family vacation and had a nice time overall. The location was convenient—close to everything we needed—and the space worked well for our family. One bedroom and one of the living areas had an AC unit, which kept those spaces nice and cool. The downstairs rooms, being in the basement, also stayed comfortably cool. However, the rest of the house did get fairly warm, even with fans provided. It wasn’t a major issue, but something to keep in mind during warmer months. Overall, it was a good stay for our trip. Thank you for hosting us!

What a lovely and comfortable home! It is convenient, clean, well laid out. Cindy was a wonderful host and friend. I will always remember her kindness. And I love her sense of color, pretty towels, lovely bedspread, luscious living room rug on top of he carpeting. Just such a pleasing place to spend time.

Great place, as described. Right downtown, restaurants and bars within walking distance. Major plus was the key to the Ambition gym! Such a cool place to workout. Can’t wait to stay at this location again!

Nice clean place, extremely comfortable beds, good water pressure and didn't have any issues with long hot showers. Highly recommend staying here, and walking down to the restaurant on the corner.

This spacious basement was perfect for our stay as we were visiting family in town. We were able to have a few family guests visit during the day and didn’t feel cramped as the large basement room gave us space to visit. It was very clean and the most reasonably priced Air B&B in the area.

This was exactly what we needed. Very spacious, clean and close to where we wanted to be. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. It's close to stores if you need some essentials. Shannon was very responsive to any questions we had. This is definitely somewhere you want to stay if you're coming to the Idaho Falls area!

We needed a place to stay for a month, and on short notice, and Ben went the extra mile to deep clean his basement apartment for us to live in, even though we had originally booked to live in his backyard trailer. For that I will forever be grateful. The place was as-described in the listing, and was clean and warm. It’s a converted basement, but there’s central heating that controls a gas fireplace, so we were comfortable. All the furnishings and decorations were Coca-Cola or camp/wildlife themed, which I thought was kinda funny and cute. The location is convenient, it’s just one block from Sunnyside Road, and takes 15 minutes to drive to downtown Idaho Falls. Ben always announced ahead of time by call or text when he was going to come fix something, and otherwise he didn’t bother us. Actually we bothered him a few times, and he was pretty gracious about it.

This place was awesome! This was my first time renting an Airbnb and they made it a really easy experience, however I feel bad for not cleaning up a little more when we left because I didn't know there were closing instructions. We didn't destroy the place, just didn't wash a few cups or take the linens off the beds. Now I know better for the future. We had a great time exploring the town, but the Airbnb was quite the experience on its own and we will be talking about it for years to come. From talking to some locals we found out it was something of an urban legend. They had heard about it from stories but have never seen it. I can now guarantee it is in fact real, and it's amazing! Thank you Mitch and Mandy for sharing this amazing place with the world.
