The home was lovely, beautifully laid out and very calming and clean. The hot tub was a welcome treat after long days walking. Location was great and everything was easily accessible to local shops, but also to everything else on the island. Only things to note would be that the keys are bit stiff in the doors, which did make it a little tricky locking up and some local guides for walks and amenities could be useful. Otherwise, the property was excellent and would definitely be back again. Highly recommend.

What an absolute gem of a place! The room is beautifully decorated and kitted out with everything you could possibly need for a short stay. It's perfectly situated for exploring the island during the day, but rural enough that sitting in the garden (which is so lovingly cared for, and very generously opened up for guest use) amid the birdsong and bleating of sheep feels like a proper pastoral retreat. Lorna is a fantastic host, who has clearly put so much thought into the property and is always responsive and ready to aid guests with whatever they could need. With this price, location, and thoughtful care put into it, you'd be silly to stay elsewhere!

We had a wonderful week in Dan and Rebecca's beautiful bungalow .Our every need was catered for, the location was ideal and we received lots of useful information prior to and during our visit. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful location with breathtaking views and easy access to the Anglesey coastal path.

A beautiful house, extremely clean and well presented with everything you need and more, all in immaculate condition. The showers are brilliant too!! A real home from home and the patio garden is gorgeous and a tranquil suntrap. The location was brilliant within the village port centre for pubs and bistro cafe and the very short stroll to the port nestled in the coastline is lovely. Very easy close access to the main island road for exploring the delights of Anglesey as well as being almost on the coastal path if you are walking it. Ang was excellent with communication and all in all we highly recommend The Wheelhouse especially for value for money. Thank you for making our stay perfect.
