My wife and I stayed here 2 night with our dog and had a great time. The cabin was super cozy and had everything we needed during our stay. Special shoutout to the couch, which was extremely comfortable for late night movie watching! If you are looking for a quiet weekend away to do some hiking, I would certainly recommend staying here. The town of Becket is very rural and food options can be somewhat limited but the house has a full kitchen and grill to use if that's more your style. Overall 5 stars would stay here again.

The place had great scenery and was comfortable. Weather was horrible throughout the weekend but we managed to have a great time in the home anyway. Chelsea was very responsive and helpful.

We had a great stay while in town for a family wedding. The house had everything we needed for our family, which included two toddlers and a dog. The deck was a great feature and they even had extras for pets (like a dog bed) at the home. Would recommend!

We relaxed and unplugged at this comfy, rustic cabin. Private and secluded but still close to town and restaurants. The fireplace was a delight. We also made use of the well-equipped kitchen. Slept well in the beds and chilled on the couch, watching Netflix in both areas. Great jumping off place for our Vermont excursions.

Our party of four adults and two small kids really enjoyed our weekend in this unique and tastefully renovated former barn. The linens, bedding, and towels were all top quality, the kitchen was well equipped, and overall the place was comfortable and spotless. The location is super private and quiet, surrounded by nature and farmland, including an on-site stream and sheep (that's not a typo). A great spot to stay for a visit to the northern Berkshires - Mt. Greylock and Mass MoCA are very nearby. Our visit was on a frigid winter weekend with a ton of snow and outside temps in the 20s, yet our indoor temps were toasty and very comfortable, especially with the wood stove.

Christine went above and beyond in welcoming us to her place. The fridge was stocked and she gifted us with homemade treats at the beginning and in the middle of our stay. Her place is spacious, clean, and comfortable. We enjoyed adventuring on the walking paths behind the house and her guestbook offered wonderful tips for Brattleboro and the surrounding area. We had a wonderful time!

It was a rainy weekend, so it was especially nice that there was a pool table, a fuzeball table, and lots of places in the house to hang out together. The bedrooms and bathrooms were lovely and the shared space was large and inviting. We enjoyed making meals together in the open kitchen. And the neighbor was so picturesque! We loved staying next door to the horses and donkeys, and taking walks on your beautiful farm-filled road. Thanks so much for making our stay such a special weekend. We all hope to ba back again! Absolutely stunning property with incredible resources surrounding - trails on the property, trout pond to swim in, warm showers, peaceful energy. Highly recommend!

Historic house on a beautiful property. Kitchen had all the equipment you could need along with top of the line stove and oven. Make cooking for a large group easy and enjoyable!

Deborah was the perfect host! Always responsive and super friendly. The place was beautiful with an absolutely gorgeous view. We got to see some stunning sunrises (not normally our thing, but we had to be up early and that more than made up for it). There were lots of thoughtful touches like charging cables for all types of phones on both sides of the bed - not always easy to handle on travel, so this was most welcome The bed linens were wonderfully soft and warm, made for delightful sleep. Additionally when I caused problems with their plumbing, she was super chill and nice about it - I'm still so very sorry for that, Deborah! Thank you for an absolutely delightful stay!

Very nice place, beautiful big deck, awesome creativity to the lighting around the property. A walking path, fire pit, hot tub, big deck to relax on, and a fully equipped stage. It is a step above camping but not quite glamping. A lot of fun, and Apple is a sweet bonus hostess.

Melissa and Geoff's place is in beautiful surroundings and well within a short drive to excellent restaurants, museums and outdoor activities. We were there during an especially rainy and cool period, but the apartment kept us toasty and warm after a day of dodging the raindrops. The king size bed was lovely and a white machine lulled us to sleep. The deck attached to the house was wonderful and when the weather looked as if the blue skies were here to stay, Melissa asked if we wanted dry cushions for the chairs- just a lovely thought. The gardens were just beginning to bloom and the property is spotless. We will definitely return to Sweet Dreams; the apartment was a pleasure to be in. Andrea and Ray

The house was just outstanding!! Beyond our expectations. We had so much fun at the house with such great facilities and wonderful location.

We had an amazing stay! David was quick to respond with any questions I had and even came out to hook up the propane tank for the heated pool. I saw in previous reviews about the tricky driveway but David’s description of it is perfectly accurate and not any trouble, just a little steep but nothing super tricky to deal with! The house has a beautiful setup and view, very clean and so much space. Even though it was cold and rainy we had the most fun and peaceful stay at this home. The bride of the bachelorette group said she wants to book with David on her own just for another stay/get-a-way! Highly recommend this beautiful space!

We had a wonderful week once again at this beautiful, cozy cabin. It is always spotlessly clean and comfortable. Adam and Filipa are exceptional hosts - very kind and responsive. The location is perfect - easy to get into town to enjoy restaurants and to ski at Mt. Snow and even though we got a lot of snow and ice the driveway was plowed and sanded to make it safe for travel. I highly recommend this home for your trip to Southern Vermont. I can't wait to return!

My husband, our pups and I had a great stay at this loft. The space was clean and easy to get in. Parking was not a problem at all. There is a church that rings its bells on the hour, but they didnt bother us at night at all. The shower was a bit cramped, but worked for us. If youre on the bigger side or taller, it might be a bit tight. Overall, great place and Naomi was attentive and provided clear instructions for everything. We will definitely stay here again when we get a chance to return.

Mighty is fantastic! Her place is brimming with art and comfort, soft colorful rugs, creativity and spirit in every nook and cranny. So many thoughtful details from the toilet seat warmer to the lavender sachets. Just everything. But that lake that meets the back deck. It is magical. What a place and what a kind and caring host.

Had a great stay at Scott’s cottage. Felt right at home It was very comfortable and clean.

Beautiful and cozy home! Loved the vibe of the slanted ceilings, comfy bed, bathroom with a modern shower, sitting area, etc. Really did feel right at home the moment we walked in. The location is wonderful for access to Northampton while still feeling quiet and detached. Thank you Karen for sharing your space with us!

Little Red School House was a pleasure to stay in and it was situated perfectly for our stay and needs. Beds are great. Location is GREAT!

Very cute apartment and more than what we needed for a one night stay on a wedding weekend! The downstairs has a charming sitting room and spacious kitchen with fridge, stove, and laundry. The stairs were a bit steep so be cautious! Upstairs a comfy soft bed with window AC and a large bathroom with clawfoot tub/shower. Jennifer was very nice about our last minute request to check in early to change for a 4 PM wedding. We would stay here again if we come back to the area! Thanks so much!

Meg’s place was truly amazing. The apartment itself was very well maintained, well-appointed, and Meg went out of her way to ask what kind of milk/creamer we liked with our coffee so that she had stocked in our fridge upon arrival. The property is stunning- from Meg’s flower beds to her gardens, to the open fields, to the bird feeds attracting the most beautiful birds, this property is truly serene and a place where we felt relaxed. Our visit was filled with hiking, biking, and exploring nearby towns (Northampton, Amherst, Hadley, etc.). Meg herself is an incredibly talented artist and has beautiful pottery she crafts in her studio located under the apartment. She was kind enough to show us the studio and sell us a couple of her beautiful vases which we know we’ll always think of our wonderful trip whenever we see them. Thanks for everything, Meg!
