Monthly Rentals in Alsea River

Absolutely wonderful place to stay for a long weekend! Very secluded and peaceful with the walnut trees surrounding the property. Beds were comfortable and Sarah was quick to help us out when we had a minor issue. Our 2 year old loved all of the space to run around out front while the adults relaxed on the patio. Would highly recommend this to anyone who needs to stay in the area. Some good wineries within 10 minutes as well which is a plus. Communications was great before, during, and after our stay which we always appreciate. Thanks again!

This is a gorgeous, quiet, lovely space. A nice getaway from the hustle and bustle of hwy 101. We spent the first evening on the deck, enjoying a large herd of elk and a calf. Toni’s place is immaculate, tastefully decorated, and had the most amenities of any place we’ve stayed. Thanks for the coffee, beverages, and treats 😊 Would definitely visit again!

my girlfriends and I had the most wonderful time here! The cottage is clean, well stocked, and in a really beautiful and quiet location. Ollie and Walter are the "welcoming reception" and for our party were certainly welcome anytime! They are so cute and friendly! I would love an opportunity to stay again. ChristieLynne and her partner are wonderful hosts, nice, responsive, and you mostly never have to reach out because it's like they have already thought of everything and laid it all for you. Jim is what made AirBnB great in the beginning. His place feels like a home and it feels like he is welcoming you into his space. Communications are clear and easy. The place has a nice open layout with the bedrooms down a short hallway. There are plenty of books for children and adults to enjoy as well as an impressive musical library and a small selection of games. The best things are the views and the beaches though. Looking out over the bay in the morning and being able to walk around to the ocean side whenever the tide is not at its highest (you can still get there at high tide, you just need to talk along the road a short distance). There are also several solid restaurants nearby: Azure Mexican (Waldport), ThaiPort and Sorella (Newport), and Mari's Kitchen (Florence) are all worth the drive.
