Holiday rentals with beach access in Alicante

My family and I had an amazing time at Mabel’s home. She was very responsive and the home was exactly as described. It was spacious, in a great location, and had a beautiful view. It was clean, and had many amenities. We also appreciated the added garage. It was really helpful as street parking was a little challenging.

Had a wonderful stay at Jose apartment, great location, particularly for the old town, and the beach is only a 10 minute walk away. We stayed at the apartment for four weeks and had planned to visit the Mercado to shop, which is 5 minutes away and cook the majority of meals. However, we found a few local tapas bars and ended up only cooking 5 meals during the whole period, there are some real gems if you look. We are planning forward to return before Christmas. Jose is a top host too, very responsive and helpful. Enjoy his apartment and Alicante!

Zack was really helpful and a friendly host, we felt welcomed and the place was just as described. Apartment was clean and had all the things you need, specially in the summertime. Air conditioning was much needed and worked really well. Everything was close and within a walking distance. Easy to recommend and would definitely come again!

María and her husband Cosme where very approachable and very quick to respond to any questions that needed answered. the property was very accessible to the beach 5 minutes walk, tram station 5 minutes walk, shops and restaurants, museums 15 minutes walk. The apartment was very clean, spacious and comfortable, well equipped kitchen with a easy to use washing machine, dishwasher, cooker/oven and microwave. would definitely recommend

Absolutely perfect stay – 11/10! The breathtaking sea view directly from the apartment made every morning special. The Airbnb was beautifully designed and spotlessly clean, with everything from the kitchen to the bathroom fully equipped. We especially appreciated the beach gear provided – even things we forgot ourselves. The highlight: a folder with hand-picked tips for restaurants, bars, and sights. We didn’t need to plan anything and every suggestion exceeded our expectations! The area is peaceful, with cute cafés, small shops, and beach bars just a short walk away. Excellent public transport too – a bus stop right outside and the tram only a few minutes away. The host was super friendly and responsive, and the apartment was even ready early so we could relax and enjoy the day after our trip. One of the best Airbnb experiences we’ve ever had. Would absolutely come back!

Will very much recommend Anna's place. Everything checked out as described. We especially loved the ocean view with the lights of Alicante in the background.

This place is amazing well worth the money, Maria was lovely , very helpful and full of suggestions of what to do , places to see and how to get there, responded very quick when I needed some information.. the area is handy for eating and transport . The apartment was beautiful, very spacious, well equipped and very clean. I would definitely recommend and would book again thank you

I don't really want to give a good review because I want to keep this place a secret!!! it was truly like being in another world for a few days. incredibly beautifully presented with so many special touches in a unique location. Being surrounded by nature with the use of what felt like our own private beach (pool) and minutes from the stunning Calblanque beach was such a treat! Manu was wonderful and helped us so much even though we were late arrivals. Thank you SO much guys...I think we will be back! ❤️x

This apartment is ideally located for a stay in Benidorm. It is close to the beach, shops and restaurants. The apartment itself is really charming and the outdoor area was a lovely area to eat breakfast We were met by Jose who gave us clear instructions. Communication was excellent throughout our whole experience. The only down side is as the apartment is so close to the beach it can be noisy at night but that is to be expected. We loved our stay. Casa Malou is an absolutely outstanding find, a real gem! It is equipped with everything you could want for a beautiful and relaxing time! The kitchen it fully stocked, and the pool amenities are fantastic. The beds are very comfortable, the aircon is a great addition, and the place is very tastefully decorated. The location is great too, a very quick drive to multiple beaches and shops. The host was also really great and allowed us to check in very late at night and to check out quite late in the day, meaning we could enjoy an extra day in this slice of paradise. Highly recommend! Don’t hesitate, just book!

We had the most fantastic 4-night stay at Manol’s beautiful retreat. It truly felt like a hidden gem—peaceful and private, yet just a short drive to explore nearby towns and beaches. Manol was the perfect host, always ready with excellent recommendations—from scenic hikes to the stunning coves at Cala Moraig and Cala Llebeig, to incredible running trails around Xàbia, Moraira, and Les Bassetes. The facilities were top-notch, and we made the most of the outdoor space by BBQing amazing local meat and fish every evening. With a great walkable supermarket nearby and everything you need at your fingertips, this place is the ultimate couples’ reset and detox destination. We left feeling completely recharged—and we absolutely can’t wait to return!

After visiting the main cities in Spain, I wondered what else could still amaze me and then I discovered Alicante. I truly enjoyed this beautiful town, especially watching the sunrise each morning from our window and feeling the sea breeze from the lovely apartment we rented during our vacation. I was very impressed with how clearly the host communicated all the instructions and how quickly she responded to any questions we had. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, and the bed sheets were pristine. The location is perfect—right across from the beach, close to a variety of restaurants, and within walking distance of the tram station. Really lovely apartment in a beautiful location. We enjoyed our stay very much , Gloria and Jaime are the perfect hosts, meeting us when we arrived and explaining about the property. The apartment overlooks a super little marina where you can hire SUP’s, or get a lesson on how to use one. Added entertainment when the instructors have a group booking and have to show how to wind sail, kayak and paddle board. Really fun stay in Alicante.

L’appartamento è situato in centro quindi posizione è perfetta. Salone e terrazzo spaziosi e comodi,cucina ben attrezzata. Camera da letto un po’ angusta (soprattutto col caldo) ma si risolve con ventilatori e aria condizionata. Anna e Andrea sono delle ottime host. Punto forte sicuramente la posizione,la consiglio

Boendet var väldigt bra och Miriam var mycket hjälpsam både före och under vår vistelse. Boendet var väldigt fint och hade allt man behövde. Stranden utanför lägenheten är toppen och det fanns många bra restauranger nära. Stort plus med padelbana och pool på boendet. Jag hade verkligen rekommenderat detta boende!

Wir haben hier zu zweit eine Woche verbracht. Und würden wieder kommen. Die Lage ist super zentral. Alles in der Nähe. Die Unterkunft ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Und Teresa ist sehr nett, es gab einen persönlichen Check in.
