Mario's airbnb apartment was perfect for my stay in San Donato. In the ancient center of the village, the apartment with character is tastefully updated, comfortable and very spacious for 2 adults with plenty of storage for clothing, and can easily accommodate 4 adults. I enjoyed the Terrace sitting in the morning sun drinking a coffee. The kitchen has all the equipment needed for cooking and there is even an outside barbeque. The apartment is only several minutes walking to the main piazza where there are restaurants and cafes/bars. Mario is a great host. He provided all details needed to arrive and enjoy the apartment. He also responded quickly and clearly to all questions and assisted me greatly when I was delayed and could not make the required checkout time; he was able to allow me to check out at a later time. I Highly recommend Mario's apartment if you are visiting San Donato. Thank you Mario for assisting in making my visit to San Donato a pleasurable one.

A repeat always speaks for itself! Our second stay at Patrizia's was also super nice. The apartment is perfectly equipped, the space at the stone table in the garden is wonderful again, the bed is really great. The village of Barrea offers everything you need, plus the wonderful lake and this landscape😍 Patrizia and her husband are very friendly people and communicative hosts. We are already looking forward to another trip to Barrea!

Luca was a very helpful host, always ready to provide all the information requested. The accommodation was clean, tidy and well equipped, with a stocked kitchen and everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location is convenient, with parking always available. The garden is a real plus, perfect for relaxing. The only small drawback was an Internet connection problem, but unfortunately the coverage in the area is not optimal. Despite this, I definitely recommend this house for a weekend with friends or family, in a quiet setting and close to beautiful places to hike or picnic on the lake.
