Monthly Rentals in Alcavaneras

It's been magnificent. My father and I have been there. Everything is very clean and with everything you need to be at home. Washing machine, dryer, oven, kitchen utensils.... Something that surprised me and is very good: automated blinds. I had a car and I parked both days without any problems in the street, in a quiet and noise-free area. Thanks to Javier for being attentive to our requests at all times. We'll be back.

Great place in good location with responsive and friendly host.

The apartment is located in a very good location, 2 minutes from the Spar store, 10 minutes from the nearest church, 20 minutes to the shopping street, 30 minutes to the old town of Las Palmas and 5 minutes to the beach next to the port. One of the best apartments we have been to so far - large and spacious, fully equipped kitchen, comfortable mattress to sleep on, WiFi, bathroom. For the elderly, a small obstacle may be quite steep entrance stairs.

Well located, close to shops, cafes, supermarkets and the two main beaches of the city. A lot of light and quiet. Enough space for digital nomads or a couple to stay some days or weeks
