We had the loveliest stay at Leila and Nate's place this March! The apartment was extremely clean, cozy, and private, and had everything we needed and then some--the shower particularly was very nice and big. It is obvious Leila and Nate take great pride in their property, and more broadly in their home of Fairbanks and the surrounding area, with their extensive local tips. A lovely handwritten card from Leila welcoming us was a lovely touch, and we're very grateful to both of them for welcoming us into their home. We will definitely be choosing their place again the next time we are in the area!

The stay at Whale view retreat was spectacular. The views were great and the house was very comfortable. It was everything promised and more!

We had an incredible stay at this Airbnb in Alaska! The spectacular mountain views from the property were nothing short of breathtaking. We spent our days fishing in the beautiful lake and enjoyed canoeing, which was a highlight for all of us. The kitchen was well-equipped and perfect for cooking meals, and we loved grilling out on the patio. Evenings were spent lounging on the porch, where we were treated to amazing sightings of eagles soaring overhead. The cozy atmosphere made it the ideal getaway for our trip with three siblings and their spouses. This place truly feels like a slice of paradise! Highly recommend for anyone looking to immerse themselves in nature and enjoy quality time with loved ones. Geri was responsive host and pictures were representative of the property.

We loved our stay! Thank you to our wonderful hosts! We are locals to Anchorage and stayed out there for an event. We weren’t at the place too much but it was clean, comfortable and private. It was just what we needed. Thank you again for a wonderful stay!

After a rocky start of Airbnb giving me directions to the other property, I finally was able to make contact and got to the correct place. If you go by the actual address, it's easy to find. This cabin is directly off Funny River Road across from the airport. The cabin is nice. I was there preseason, so it was very quiet there. The cabin is very compact. If you have 8 people there, it will be very full. Lots of picnic tables and chairs outside to enjoy. There should be the same amount of silverware and plates to match the number of people the cabin can hold but there aren't at this time. The Teflon cookware is very limited as well and should be replaced as it is very worn. No bakeware available. I suggest bringing drinking water. The cabin is very close to town so it's easy to get to anything you may need. Keep in mind that this is a rustic experience and you will be very happy with your stay. I would be happy to stay again.

Ben's place is awesome, perfect if one is visiting Portage or Seward, small cabin in the woods with lots of beautiful birds and kenai lake nearby. Ben is also very helpful incase one need something and friendly to talk too. Highly recommended if one is visiting Seward

Our group of 7 adults and 2 kids recently stayed at this wonderful property and had an exceptional experience. The home was exactly as described—immaculately clean, stylishly decorated, and stocked with all the amenities one could need. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and put a lot of though into making our stay enjoyable. The location was perfect, offering both tranquility and easy access to nearby attractions. I particularly appreciated the thoughtful touches like a well-equipped kitchen and comfortable bedding (more comfortable than our own). I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a cozy and convenient getaway!

We loved our stay with Taylor! The cabin was lovely, the pictures almost don’t do it justice - I loved all the personal touches and how comfortable it was to be there. It was our dog’s first time staying with us at an Air B&B and he enjoyed it too! Once he met the host dog Spruce, he settled right in. All the dogs we encountered at the property were very friendly and sweet, they all go along well with our dog and we LOVE Spruce - what a sweetheart! 💕 We had a great time chatting with Taylor’s partner, he was super welcoming! 10/10 would recommend staying here. 😊

We had an exceptional stay at this beautiful home in Homer, Alaska. The house was incredibly well decorated and had such a warm, welcoming atmosphere. It was equipped with everything we needed, especially as a family with young children — we felt very comfortable and right at home. The location was perfect, close to everything we wanted to do, with stunning views all around. The Homer public library is right by the house and they have this adorable reading trail that my daughter had us doing multiple times a day. The yard was a big bonus — spacious and great for the kids to enjoy. Every detail of the home was thoughtfully considered, and it truly made our visit special. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing, well-appointed stay in Homer!

Nice opportunity to see wildlife

Scott and Hester’s Glacier view tiny home is beautiful, family friendly, thoughtfully designed and a PERFECT retreat for us. Lovely inside and very new - the kitchen and bathroom are both amazing and the entire space has been designed so well! Hot shower water, beautiful grass pad for kids to run and play. Safeway is 2 miles away and fat olives pizza is delicious! We travelled with two kids (6 and 9) and all had a great time. Definitely recommend and will be booking with them again!

My daughter and her boyfriend both work from home. The cabin had great wifi and was a comfortable place for them to work, but still be close to our house when they visit. They will be back in October.

Ryan’s place was awesome. The hot tub on the back deck coupled with the private family setting and the view was awesome. If you’re traveling with a group that needs more than two bedrooms, this place is stellar. 10/10 would recommend and stay again.

Fantastic cabin! Excellent privacy and very comfortable. Host was fantastic. We would 100% stay here again and highly recommend to anyone looking for a great spot in Homer.

Bambi’s was the perfect place for our family to stay while we went to the State Fair! We would definitely stay again!

Loved the house! Amenities are wonderful! All the little things you want in a kitchen and bathroom. Close by yummy restaurants, coffee shops and grocery stores. Hatcher pass is close by with lots of hiking etc. Knik and matanuska glaciers close with lots to do there. Guys caught salmon and trout in the local lakes. We’re already planning our next trip and we will definitely stay here. Especially since our son lives 15 minutes away. Whitney was very responsive but you don’t need to contact her because everything works, is clean and she thought of everything. Thank you for a great stay Whitney!

Wonderful place to stay host was very helpful and friendly, Inside was beautiful well kept, clean, very comfortable, well stocked, smelled great. Very enjoyable stay. It looks rough getting to it but it’s so nice inside, so don’t let that throw you. We would stay there again, most definitely would recommend.

This place was adorable, quiet, and there were so many little aesthetic touches that made our stay such a memorable one. It was very relaxing and we slept super well in the comfortable beds! Can't beat the ambiance. We would 100% look into staying again if we're ever back in the area.

What a fantastic property. The personal touches were so inviting and made us feel like it was our home. Loved watching Mama moose with her calf taking a stroll across the lawn. The windows and views were stunning! We could clearly see right down to Homer Spit and also the mountains/glaciers across Kachemak bay. The location was remote and private, yet close to everything. Would love to visit again! Thank you for all the accommodation!

Everything is exactly as described. There was a coffee maker and all the supplies needed for a beautiful morning at the cabins. The garden had a little pond with flowing water and was extremely peaceful to sit outside and enjoy the beautiful weather. The host was extremely friendly and answered very quickly. They truly did think of every way to make this an enjoyable stay for my family and myself. The beds were made with fresh linen and there was clean towels and wash clothes in the bathroom. The washer and dryer came in handy during our stay. There is plenty of kitchenware and a very spacious refrigerator. There was a microwave and electric kettle as well all which was great to have.
