Excellent place for a stay in Anchorage. Cozy and quiet location. The house is very clean with complete amenities. Anya is very responsive to any questions you may have and she provides a very quick solution. Will definitely recommend for a stay in Anchorage.

This is a wonderful location with great hosts and wonderful views. The hosts, Dan and Kim, were very responsive to our questions. The directions sent with other information were very helpful. Lots of great places to eat. The tram to the roundhouse was awesome and local gold mine where we panned for some gold. The house is beautiful and as described. Loved our stay. Will definitely book again if I get back to Alaska in the future.

Aaron’s place is cozy, clean and central located to the high life of Girdwood. Within walking distance to great restaurants, night life/music, town shuttle, bike path, bake shop, ski lift and more. He has every amenity I could need and I loved the full kitchen for cooking. From the deck, sit and watch the sun go down. His place was easy to gain access and park. He responses quickly and is super friendly. I would highly recommend his place and I would stay there again!

Stayed for 3 weeks for training and was a good stay. Perfect for a family of 3. The king bed was absolutely comfy! Only downside was the small bathroom but we made it work.

Cozy spot right at the base of Alyeska! This is the perfect place for a ski vacation or as a launching point for any other adventures in the Chugach Mountains. Good value for the money and a nice kitchen for cooking in.

Wonderful gem tucked right into the beautiful ski town of Girdwood! Even though we weren't skiing in September, the walkability to town, food and the brewery, was fabulous. There's even a neighborhood waterfall trail a short walk down the road. Jessica was an outstanding hostess and gave me so much great info before our trip when I inquired, along with instant responses during our stay when we had a few questions. The only thing that wasn't as advertised, was the jetted tub. It is indeed that type of tub but the jets don't work properly and only my left foot got a massage. But still a nice soak! I do highly recommend the Nordic spa at Alyeska Resort though for a day of pampered soaking right under the forest canopy. Epic! We heard the upstairs neighbor just a few times, but Jessica has a sound machine and extra earplugs in her bedroom and that was such a great touch that I haven't found anywhere else! Thanks Jessica, we hope to return again to your wonderful rental.

We had a wonderful stay at Wallace’s place! The condo was clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The location was perfect, walking distance to the slopes and restaurants. Wally was very welcoming and accommodated our requests and helped with checking in. Thank you for a great stay!

We were looking for a walkable location in Anchorage for a single night stay before heading out on a cruise. This was everything we were looking for and more! I wish we had more time here but this location was perfect and walkable to the train station, Ulu Factory, souvenir shops and awesome restaurants! Thank you for a wonderful stay, we hope to head back and explore Anchorage more in the near future!!!

Rowena was very warm, flexible and responsive I requested an earlier check in and delayed check out because of my training schedule and she happily accommodated. This apartment felt like home. I am very particular about cleanliness and this home was impeccably clean. It was well stocked, and warmly decorated. It had a large, walkthrough master bedroom closet, and the master bed was luxuriously soft, while also supportive. The view of the mountains was a therapeutic start to my mornings and lovely to eat dinner and study with in the background. The garage was large enough to fit a large SUV. I loved this stay, and would return in the future!

This nicely decorated, modern apartment had all the great amenities you could want. It was super clean, very comfortable beds and quiet, on the top floor. A lovely stay!

We had a great stay at Amy’s Girdwood apartment. We came in on rail and left from Girdwood station and her place was close to the station. Girdwood is a quaint town, a taste of Alaska! The ski resort is right there as well. While we came in the summer, it would be a perfect place to stay while skiing! Thanks Amy for a great stay!

Cute, convenient little place. Has everything we needed, including a couple ice coolers in freezer that came in handy for one of our longer day trips. Great home base to daily excursions. Grocery store, gas station & restuarants just a few minutes away. Quick access to New & Old Seward Highways.

As advertised. Enjoyed a fun visit in Juneau and this home was the perfect place to stay!

Heather's condo was great. It provided our family the perfect basecamp for skiing and other Girdwood activities. She was friendly and proactive in making sure that all went smoothly. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked. I would highly recommend staying at Heather's place.

We had a wonderful time in Seward and really enjoyed our stay at Steven's place. The location could not have been better with beautiful views in the living room and easy walks to restaurants and the harbor. Steven was a very welcoming host - despite our late arrival, he met us, walked us through the unit, and provided helpful instructions. We were impressed by how clean and spacious the unit was - just perfect for our family. One thing to note is that the owners ask not to cook fish inside the unit. It was not an issue for us at all. Thank you, Steven!

Awesome place to stay. Very home like, quiet, and peaceful place to stay. Its in walking distance to a grocery store and laundry on site so if you dont want to youll never have to leave the door step. Host always responds and acts in a very proactive manner very pleased to rent the property

We totally enjoyed every aspect of this place and the surrounding Girdwood community. It was easy to access all the surrounding sights we wanted to visit and Lindsay the host was such a pleasure to work with! It was in a very peaceful wooded setting surrounded by mountains. Within easy walking distance of two of the nicer restaurants in town. Comfortable furniture and bed. Very nice kitchen and laundry area. (My husband asked me to add that the shower was large and luxurious.) We stayed 4 nights and had a lovely time. Great way to celebrate our 40th Wedding Anniversary and our 50th state to visit!

My friends and I (a group of 5) spent a night at Pacific Rental's place and it was amazing. The place looks exactly like the pictures and is very convenient. Totally recommend to folks traveling to Seward. The beds, bathroom/shower were all great and the host was very responsive. The only issue was with the wifi that was a bit weak and had connection issues.

We enjoyed our stay. This was the perfect place for two nights for my Mom, brother, and me. Good directions, ample parking, comfortable beds, good pots/utensils for cooking simple meals, adjustable heat, helpful book with activity and food suggestions, and sufficient hot water for two back to back showers.

The Raven’s Wing was a beautiful apartment with breathtaking views! Everything was immaculate! Finding coffee, tea, hot chocolate, snacks, and laundry detergent available to use was a pleasant surprise bonus! Julie, the host, always responded to my messages quickly. It was nice being able to walk to restaurants and the small grocery store. We enjoyed our stay here immensely!
