Monthly Rentals in Alachua

Our family enjoyed staying at Susan’s cottage. It is surrounded by lots of nature ( trees, birds, deer, and armadillo). The cottage itself was clean and cozy. Susan allowed us to bring our dog and rabbit which helped us out tremendously. She shared information on the history of Old Bellamy road ( the oldest road still in existence in America) and its surrounding properties which was really informative. Overall, we really had a fabulous stay and look forward to returning to this special place in the near future. Lots of thanks, Colleen and family

On occasion while staying in FL, there are Roosters or barking dogs in the neighborhood, making getting a full night's rest a struggle. This location was quiet and peaceful. Nice surroundings. The home was quaint and comfortable and had plenty of hot water :) The small freezer in the mini fridge wasn't the best but we were able to get ice nearby so no biggie. The loft beds were comfortable. One was easier to get into than the other but they offered a small pull out bed if the loft above the TV area would be hard to get in and out of for a guest. I did not have any issues accessing the loft above the TV area. I would stay here again should my travel bring me back to this area.

Very beautiful house on a charming street . Lovely sitting area outside the front door of unit . Feels very welcoming ! Would have liked to have had more time to sit on the porch. Suite was very clean . Great amenities in the kitchen . The bathroom is really beautiful and large ., with great attention paid to details. ( candle, bath oil ) Sioban has created a beautiful and welcoming space . I would highly recommend staying here .
