The location is perfect for who is visiting the Springs nearby, it’s close to downtown, markets and restaurants. The location is quiet, and the house has everything you need, really clean. Hosts are amazing, and they offer early check-in if you need to get there earlier! I definitely recommend.

Jarred was a wonderful host! He and his team promptly responded to our questions and were very helpful. The house was in a peaceful neighborhood and we truly enjoyed it. Being close to Devil Millhopper State Park was a nice perk.

This was a great place to stay while we were in town for softball. It was very clean and roomy. It was fairly quiet and peaceful. All that is made available during our stay was very accommodating. We will definitely consider staying again if we are ever in the area in the future. Thanks for being such a great host!

Gerald’s place with the perfect stop on a road trip through Florida. Having a washer and dryer and quiet, peaceful environment were much appreciated. Gerald was very responsive and easy to communicate with.

This is our second time staying here. Gloria is a great host and if needed, gets back to you quickly. Home is comfortable, well-equipped, and has a beautiful view of the prairie right from the living room windows, often seeing deer, turkeys, and a family of Sandhill Cranes. We spend a lot of our time birding and there are so many preserves nearby, including Paynes Prairie. One morning we saw the wild horses on Bolen Bluff Trail in Paynes Prairie. Birding dawn and dusk right on the property down by the prairie was always amazing. You can spend time visiting the antique stores in Micanopy, which is 3 minutes away. And of course, Pearl’s Bar-B-Que and lunch/ice cream at Coffee and Cream is a must. We plan to return!

This is my third time staying at Ryan’s and love his place, it’s clean and cozy a home away from home . Also a peaceful location which is walking distance to downtown and less than ten minute walk to my daughters school which is very convenient. If I come to Gainsville again before she graduates I hope this location is available I really love this place and Ryan is very accommodating and easy to communicate with .🌻

My husband and I were looking for a quiet and relaxing getaway and Cathy’s place was the perfect fit. Cathy and her husband were very friendly and welcoming. The place was well equipped with just about anything you could need. Cathy was very responsive to any questions or concerns we had and even had provided me with an update about when to expect the power to be restored when it had gone out. We enjoyed sitting on the dock fishing and just enjoying the water. We would definitely recommend staying here if you’re looking for a quiet and peaceful place on the water and we are hoping to go back again.

This was a fantastic place to stay and relax while at a conference in Gainesville. The apartment was spotless when I arrived and had everything you needed. Hosts were very friendly. It is tucked away in the trees, very peaceful. Everything was great.

We enjoyed our stay at this cozy apartment. Jennifer was responsive with our messages and made sure we were well accommodated during our visit. The apartment was clean and free of clutter. Location was ideal. Just a few minutes from campus. We are happy to have stayed here during our short time in Gainesville.

Great little spot walking distance from downtown High Springs.

Excellent weekend get away for a couple to enjoy time alone. The set up is fantastic and everything you need is placed out for you to enjoy without having to leave for dinner. There is a beautiful walk way and fishing dock to enjoy as well. Grill set up and fire pits to enjoy with a special person. I highly recommend this Air B&B for any couple that wants to enjoy space and let their hair down for a while.

We loved this place! It was very loud at night (all night), but that might just be a Gainesville thing. Overall, the place is clean and beautiful. the bed is also bery comfortable. Came to see our daughter and will for sure stay there again.

What a beautiful Airbnb experience! The host was extremely accommodating and gracious – especially considering my last-minute booking. The condo’s décor is modern, fresh and open with very comfortable beds. There are tv's in the living room and both bedrooms! The kitchen appliances, the washer and the dryer, are all new. Sitting on the balcony, I am in the treetops overlooking the 3-mile walking trail which lines the perimeter of the Haile golf course which even has a turtle pond and a butterfly garden. Turning my gaze in the other direction, I glimpse the Haile Village shops and a varied assortment of high-quality restaurants. All of this is within one block's walking distance. I wish my booking could have included a Saturday morning, when I understand that the village street is lined with bakers, vendors and crafters who participate in the weekly Saturday Haile Farmer’s Market. I will be back to this Airbnb – it is a treasure.

The Host had amazing communication before arriving, after arriving, and before checkout. The apartment was extremely clean and had a nice homey feel. Very close to Publix and within walking distance to UF. Lots of students walking in the morning/day to their classes. In addition, there was a vast selection of restaurants decide from. Harry's and The Paper Bag are our top choices.

It’s an older property, but owner tries their best to keep it in good condition. Was cheaper than a hotel and had much more room for our group. Would rent it again.

My husband and I truly enjoyed our stay at your peaceful condo. We enjoyed the great location, right in the heart of town square. Relaxing on the balcony with your favorite beverage is a must. Patticakes had amazing coffee and delicious ice cream. Hiking in the nearby State parks and visiting the Botanical gardens was a beautiful sight. Thank you for being such a great host.
