location, location location! top place on west palm beach with top restaurants and beach clubs. rooftop pool is nice but busy and a bit messy. this is not a problem due to all the possibilities within walking distance! it is recommended.

Staying in the apartment in front of Burj Khalifa was a really cool experience. There was a very good communication with the team. I appreciate how quick it was to connect with SmartStay. Would highly recommend!

Spent my Eid holidays here and absolutely loved it! The Airbnb was perfect for two people—super clean, cozy, and had everything we needed in the kitchen. The view was incredible, both from inside the place and by the pool. The rooftop had such a good vibe—great energy and atmosphere, throughout the day. Honestly, it felt like the perfect little escape. Definitely found my new go-to spot. Will 100% be back!

This is the best place I have ever stayed in Dubai, the only place has pool open till 10 pm, and every thing is exactly as pictures. All furniture is brand new, all facilities are awesome and location is very peaceful. It worth every dollar you spend there. And definitely would always stay there as long as it's available to book. The host is very kind man also his assistant, they always responding on spot, slef check in and out. In short you would feel like home.

I was hosted by Yogesh, who was incredibly friendly and communicative, making the experience even more pleasant. During my stay, I had frequent contact with the guest service team, who were extremely helpful and even arranged a cleaning on the day I requested, which was a thoughtful touch. The apartment itself was a dream, so quiet and peaceful, with a breathtaking view. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to feel at home. The apartment was also very spacious, contributing to what has been one of the best holidays I’ve ever had. Additionally, the amenities were exceptional. The swimming pool, gym, and beach access were all complimentary, offering the perfect way to unwind and escape the noise of city life. Every moment was enjoyable, and the days seemed to fly by. Absolutely loved this place! Location is fantastic , the gym and pool are incredible with such stunning views. The view from the balcony is something else!! Great walking around the marina with restaurants etc in the area. About a 20-30 minute taxi ride to Dubai mall but close to Marina mall etc. Would definitely stay again, it was so clean, and check in was easy.

We came from a family for a vacation, it was perfect!!!! The fact that you use all the hotel services is a great advantage over the rest, we were very well received, the hosts were very accommodating and took care of every detail, the kitchen is really equipped, there is a supermarket across the road, an adjacent and invested beach, a beautiful promenade, the apartment is spacious and cozy with a breathtaking view, the host Moe accompanied us until the end of the checkout was very kind and cordial, Dubai is beautiful we did not have time to do everything we planned, there is no doubt that we will come back here again, thank you very much Enjoy your vacation ❤️🙏🏻

Simply perfect stay! The B&B turned out to be exactly as in the photos, if not better. Each space has been designed to offer comfort and practicality, without ever sacrificing aesthetics. The furnishings are modern but cozy, and the layout of the rooms makes the stay very pleasant, whether it is a weekend or a longer stay. All the promised services were present and fully functional: from the fast Wi-Fi connection to the equipped kitchen, from the air conditioning to the hot water always available, nothing was missing.
