I loved the place! The location is the best there is . Attached to big mall with a grocery store. The view is the nicest I’ve ever had. I would love to buy condo exactly like this place . Feelings just have been 12’ or higher . I used the gym and Infiniti pools most days of my stay. Takuh was great to deal with ! Highly recommend!

Our stay was perfect — the flat was exactly as described, very convenient, close to everything, and located in a great neighborhood. Communication with Shaiesta was excellent throughout. Highly recommend!

Had an amazing stay, the apartment is in such a convenient place, with just a short walk to JBR and the Marina area. Loads of convenient shops around. Besides this, the apartment itself was so clean and the vibe was amazing. Not to mention the amazing view… pictures do not do it justice. Will definitely be coming again and hoping this apartment is available at that time :).

We stayed at Mr. Alihan’s Airbnb for a week, and I can confidently say it was one of the best experiences I’ve had in Dubai. I travel to Dubai often and usually stay in hotels, but after this stay, I don’t think I’ll ever go back to a hotel again! The apartment exceeded all expectations it met every luxury standard and went beyond. Everything in the space was thoughtfully curated, from the design to the smallest details. High-end brands and top-quality materials were used throughout the apartment, giving it a true 5-star feel (if not better!). The location was also a huge plus just a 10–15 minute drive from the airport and very close to all the major attractions and areas in the city. It was incredibly convenient and central. Mr. Alihan was an exceptional host. You could tell he put so much care into making sure guests have everything they need. The place felt like home immediately, and I already miss it! I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone travel in

We had an amazing time at this sea-facing apartment in Princess Tower. The panoramic views of Palm Jumeirah and Bluewaters from the balconies were stunning. The apartment was spacious, clean, and fully equipped — perfect for families or groups. The location is unbeatable, just minutes from Marina Walk and JBR Beach. The building amenities like pools, gym, observation deck, and 24/7 security made the stay even better. Highly recommended for a luxurious and comfortable Dubai experience!

Really nice spacious and spotless apt with toiletries and tea making facilities. Mistakingly I had booked a wrong date which was difficult to change but with Airbnbs help the host offered a solution, which I didn't take in the end as I had to pay extra. I was allowed to check in an hour early but found the check out at 10 am very early. Would definitely be a return customer.

scenic location, a dream of spending a few days in palm Jumeirah, a man made island fulfilled... swimming pool, beach at back, Corniche at front, well equipped apartment. Great apartment in a good Marina location. Pool and fitness club are good. Only thing you should know - it is very noisy and traffic to/from the hotel is tricky in rush hours. Overall - value for money and host is great.

a great place to stay, whether short or long term. I was a bit worried when booking knowing it was a capsule hostel, however the capsule was spacious. place was clean and other guests were respectful for those looking for needed sleep. hrwat value for a good space! Nas is also a great host, although i didn't communicate with him much, when I did he was helpful. Will definitely stay here again when I come back!

My friend and I visited Dubai for the first time. After a long search, we found Hichem’s apartment — and it was amazing! We arrived late at night, but Hichem was there to welcome us and guide us through the apartment. He explained everything clearly and even provided us with fresh fruit and water. We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday in Dubai and were able to rest well in the apartment. Thank you very much, Hichem, for the excellent service!

Perfect place away from home.

Accurately described and accessible to dubai mall. The view by the balcony is great and even from the pool while swimming. The rooms have huge closets which are handy for us or staying for quite a while. Very secured and nice neighborhood.
