Great place to stay, very well presented and comfortable. Shebab was always on hand to offer assistance if i needed it which was great. The location is good as its 20 mins from most landmarks, however the surrounding areas are still developing so maybe some drilling.

As a Family of 4 who used to live in Dubai, this place was perfect, everything was as described and Roxanne and Aziz were unbelievably helpful and responsive from booking onwards and while we were staying there. We hired a car as we know our way around and the location was perfect, 15 mins away from almost everything. We really appreciated how easy it was to find the place and easy to get in and out. We had a fabulous stay, it was exactly what our family needed and the hosts were incredibly thoughtful. They sent my husband cookies for his birthday and when checking in one time had said 3pm instead of their usual 4pm. When I told them my arrival time was 3.30 based on the 3pm communication they said no problem we’ll send an extra cleaner to have the house ready for you in time! Now that’s service. I was so happy with everything about our stay

Zilola’s place is excellent — very spacious and comfortable. The kitchen is well-equipped and easy to use, which made cooking convenient during our stay. Zilola is a very responsive host and was always quick to assist us when needed. She also kindly helped us supplement some necessary kitchenware and other essentials. Highly recommended.

Fantastic stay and a lovely home and area. We’re moving to the UAE soon and loved the Arabian Ranches area. The place was very spacious, clean and very close to the pool and golf course.

Very nicely decorated house. Nice community. It is a bit noisy in the house, you can hear cars passing often. The noise dies down during the night luckily. Thanks the host

Great view from the balcony

location, location location! top place on west palm beach with top restaurants and beach clubs. rooftop pool is nice but busy and a bit messy. this is not a problem due to all the possibilities within walking distance! it is recommended.

Host is kind and responsive. His staff assisted us during check in, and even helped us with our luggage. Place was clean and had a luxurious feel, just like the pictures. The Hermes accessories, dining table set up and light fixtures were delightful! Furniture and appliances were well-maintained. The AC did not disappoint in the stifling June heat. Plenty of hot water. The teas and coffee were a very thoughtful amenity. Excellent location. Awesome view of Burj Khalifa and you can even see the Dubai Frame in the distance. If it wasn’t so hot we could’ve walked to the Dubai mall. Multiple parking spaces available, close to the entrance. So far the best Airbnb unit we’ve stayed in, and we will definitely be back!

Simply perfect stay! The B&B turned out to be exactly as in the photos, if not better. From the very first moment, I was struck by the impeccable cleanliness: every room was perfectly tidy, sanitized and cared for in every detail. It is rare to find accommodation where the cleanliness is so evident and constant. The structure is splendid, organized with taste and intelligence. Each space has been designed to offer comfort and practicality, without ever sacrificing aesthetics. The furnishings are modern but cozy, and the layout of the rooms makes the stay very pleasant, whether it is a weekend or a longer stay. All the promised services were present and fully functional: from the fast Wi-Fi connection to the equipped kitchen, from the air conditioning to the hot water always available, nothing was missing. The communication on Airbnb before my flight was excellent, quick responses and comprehensive information provided. I was hosted by Yogesh, who was incredibly friendly and communicative, making the experience even more pleasant. During my stay, I had frequent contact with the guest service team, who were extremely helpful and even arranged a cleaning on the day I requested, which was a thoughtful touch. The apartment itself was a dream, so quiet and peaceful, with a breathtaking view. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to feel at home. The apartment was also very spacious, contributing to what has been one of the best holidays I’ve ever had. Additionally, the amenities were exceptional. The swimming pool, gym, and beach access were all complimentary, offering the perfect way to unwind and escape the noise of city life. Every moment was enjoyable, and the days seemed to fly by. Absolutely loved this place! Location is fantastic , the gym and pool are incredible with such stunning views. The view from the balcony is something else!! Great walking around the marina with restaurants etc in the area. About a 20-30 minute taxi ride to Dubai mall but close to Marina mall etc. Would definitely stay again, it was so clean, and check in was easy.

I stayed with my family for a week at Salma's apartment, and it was all better than planned. The location is spectacular, overlooking the marina, with many restaurants nearby and also a few blocks from JBR, an area with a lot of atmosphere and also many restaurants. The apartment is super comfortable, even nicer than the photos, and with a terrace that is a pleasure to have breakfast there every day. Salma was an impeccable host, she gave us all the information in detail and was always attentive to our needs. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Very good person and place

What a welcoming cosy and spacy apartment with many facilities available. The place was more then clean, nicely decorated and has a lot of convienencies, like using the gym, the pool, washing machine, big screen tv and a balcony to enjoy the view. Gill has been very fast and responsive, helpful and friendly in all. Across the street there is a groccery store and the Metro is walkable. We can recommend this to everyone who wants to go stress free and feel at home right away.

This place is good. It's not really walkable to too much stuff and if you want to go on run's you'll be running on the side of the freeway as I noticed there's not a lot of sidewalks in Dubai. It's very clean and neat and minimal which is great. It's also about a 15-20 mins drive from anywhere you'd want to go in Dubai without traffic. There is a gym across the street but it's quiet pricey to join as a tourist (~$400/month or $50 per day). Aside from all this, the place is great for a single person or a couple visiting. No dishwasher.. but washing machine and dryer available which was super convenient. I did have some WiFi issues I will say but Mohammed took care of things in a *decent* amount of time - could have been a bit more on top of things as I was there for work and needed good strong WiFi connection. 4.5 stars!

a great place to stay, whether short or long term. I was a bit worried when booking knowing it was a capsule hostel, however the capsule was spacious. place was clean and other guests were respectful for those looking for needed sleep. hrwat value for a good space! Nas is also a great host, although i didn't communicate with him much, when I did he was helpful. Will definitely stay here again when I come back!

Beautiful spot in the heart of Dubai overlooking the ocean. The apartment had spectacular views and was clean, with everything we needed for our short stay. Would definitely recommend it.
