The location is just perfect, the room was clean and fresh as well.

We arrived very late, but the host's agent was already waiting at the apartment—such a relief! The place smelled fresh and clean the moment we stepped in. The view was amazing, and the apartment had all the amenities we could ask for. The host even prepared everything we requested in advance! About a 15 mins walk to the beach, making it a great choice if you're exploring the Palm area. The only minor issue was the bedroom curtains not being fully blackout. Still, highly recommend this spot!

Admittedly, this was the best property and beach we stayed at comparing to multiple places in Dubai. Spacious flat, very clean with absolutely all bits and pieces you might need for cooking, washing, etc this is not usual. We were even welcomed by some lovely soft and not drinks and chocolate! Great place - would recommend!

Felix is an amazing host and his property is one of the best in Dubai marina. Very well maintained apartment with amazing Panoramic views of the marina with excellent facilities like pool etc made our stay into a memorable one.

location, location location! top place on west palm beach with top restaurants and beach clubs. rooftop pool is nice but busy and a bit messy. this is not a problem due to all the possibilities within walking distance! it is recommended.

The highlight, of course, was the stunning view of the Burj Khalifa from the windows; waking up to that iconic skyline was unforgettable. Very quiet place in a vibrant neighbourhood with a lot of expats. Shops and cafes very close by. Ocean views from the apartment.

The apartment was perfect. The view, the pool and the two restaurants in the building were great. At the entrance there is a supermarket, small but has alkes what you need. The price may have been a bit high, diagonally opposite there is a similar building much cheaper, yet we would book here again

The Airbnb was in a nice location and easy to find and is really as pictured!! The host is responsive and fixes any issues that arises and we were grateful for that! I would recommend it strongly☺️

All good! We received almost all information upfront. Access was easy. Only thing that was a bit inconvenient is the parking on the 11th floor. I would recommend it to a friend.

This apartment has just breathtaking views. It's located in Downtown Views II, just opposite the Dubai Mall. It has clear views from the ground to top of Burj Khalifa. The apartment is located on high floor giving you the luxury vibe. The apartment is very clean. The host Ibrahim is the best, we faced some Air Conditioning issues on our checkin, but Ibrahim made sure to get it fixed on the same day. This apartment feels more like a home now. Looking forward to stay here again!

Location of excellent, walking distance to the mall, the property was very clean from the reception,Ferhat’s apartment exceeded our expectations . The pictures didn’t do it justice, it felt like home with all necessities, pristine and comfortable. Ferhat responded promptly and respectful to our queries . definitely booking with him again on our next visit to Dubai
