Holiday rentals with an EV charger in Al Barsha

There is a reason this place hosted with Gintare is a super-host. It was a very smooth experience from first minute checked in till last minute checking out. The place has unique view of open sea, private quiet beach and pool and good gym facilities. Everything we needed for a relaxed time spent was there. Would definitely go there again.

Everything was perfect, one of the best Airbnb if not the best where I have stayed, I will book again without hesitation if I go back to Dubai.

The only place we could find with a clear view of Burj Khalifa like right in front of it as close as possible. Great place to stay with a grocery store just downstairs.

We had a great stay at this Airbnb! The location was very convenient and made it super easy to get around, which was a big plus for us. We were traveling with a toddler, and the place had everything we needed to feel comfortable and at home. There was a toddler bed, which was a huge help, and the host also provided a washing machine along with washing powder—such a thoughtful touch. The kitchen was fully equipped with all the pots and pans we needed to prepare meals for our little one. Another highlight was the spacious balcony—it was lovely to relax out there, especially in the evenings. Overall, the place was clean, well-stocked, and very family-friendly. We’d definitely recommend it and would be happy to stay again!

The location was perfect, it's a walking distance to Dubai Mall and the restaurants. The views from the balcony and each room were unreal. The host went out of his way to make it a great stay. I highly recommend this apartment and we will definitely be back. The pictures dont do this apartment justice.

Feriel place was amazing in walking distance of so many locations and attractions , he was attentive and responsive to any questions I’ve asked . In side the property had hi many things to keep you occupied and the kitchen. Was well equipped one of my favorite parts . I would book again a super plus on the views of the beqcg and Marina !

This apartment had everything we needed. It was extremely well stocked, perfectly located next to the Dubai Mall, had an excellent view of the Burj Khalifa and was beautifully furnished and decorated. The host was extremely responsive. This apartment exceeded our expectations.

Accurately described and accessible to dubai mall. The view by the balcony is great and even from the pool while swimming. The rooms have huge closets which are handy for us or staying for quite a while. Very secured and nice neighborhood.

We stayed in the villa as a family and had an absolutely amazing time. The property exceeded our expectations — it’s even more beautiful than the photos and description suggest. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at home. Jawad was incredibly welcoming and waited for us despite our late arrival, making the check-in process seamless. The kitchen is exceptionally well-equipped, which made cooking a pleasure, and the garden is beautifully designed and immaculately maintained — a perfect space to relax and enjoy the outdoors. Overall, we had a fabulous stay and would love to come back again. Highly recommended!

Our stay at Maria’s cozy home was exactly what we were looking for. The space was nice and felt lived in—in the warmest way possible. All the furnishings were new and updated but the warm feel and energy of the space made us feel right at home. The shaded garden with cute little kitties stopping by was sweet and entertained our pups. Walking to the gym in the mornings, just a few minutes from the villa was actually the main attraction for us. It was a nice stroll away and a great way to start the day. Anytime we needed anything, Maria responded positively and promptly. Was a great experience and we were happy to be the first guests here. Our next Airbnb has big shoes to fill!

I leave a lot of questions and asked them for hours of the day. Sheriff answers the time within 10 minutes . He took care of the day before the day of arrival we could already put our luggage in at the cleaning lady and could already explore without skied. The app looks the same in real life as it does in the pictures . It is a 10-minute walk from Burj Khalifa . The app is located in a modern tower where you can find the peace after a busy day . The Uber will stop there within the minute to take you to all the places of Dubai. Downstairs there is a supermarket so you can easily get groceries. When we go back , we will definitely choose this app and for this host.

It was a fantastic stay. The place very clean and nicely appointed. Had everything I needed and host was very attentive and helpful. Location was perfect for my stay and walkable to supermarkets restaurants and other services.

Great apartment in a good Marina location. Pool and fitness club are good. Only thing you should know - it is very noisy and traffic to/from the hotel is tricky in rush hours. Overall - value for money and host is great.

We had one of the best views of the Burj Khalifa – truly breathtaking. I booked the place for my birthday, and they went the extra mile with a lovely decoration setup, which was such a thoughtful touch. The staff, especially Joyce, April, and the owner herself, were incredibly responsive and attentive throughout. Thank you for making my birthday so special. I’ll definitely be coming back next time!
