I had a great two weeks stay and can highly recommend this place. Very good location. Hiro is helpful and communication is very smooth. It was a heavy rain on my checkout day and Hiro's wife kindly drove me to the station - thank you so much for that. :)

We felt home right after we arrived and satisfied about the serene surroundings and well-equipped facilities. Even with severe rainstorms, we enjoyed our stay, in particular, thanks to Toru’s helpful and tailored-made suggestions on the nearby Marutake Armour Workshop and the hot springs. In addition, we had a great chat to exchange our experiences; Toru had also prepared local sweets and offered his specially roasted coffee for our stay. This was a superb hospitality indeed. One important thing we’d like to mention is that Toru had kindly arranged delivery service to our accommodation when we had left our belongings - which we felt grateful. We highly recommend to this great place to travellers who love private and intimate stay for vacation.

Excellent communication and everything went very smoothly. Location is great for what I we wanted, and the place was pefect.

They handled it well even before and after the check-in time, and it was raining, so the parking garage was open.The room was also very beautiful, there were sweets and water in the refrigerator, and I was able to brew the tea I bought at the souvenir shop and relax.The location was also highly rated by my family because of the quiet location.Thank you very much.
