My experience at Kiran's place was absolutely fantastic From the moment I checked in, everything was seamless and well-organized. Kiran's communication was prompt, clear, and incredibly helpful, making me feel welcomed even before arriving. The apartment was exactly as described—luxurious, modern, and impeccably clean. The breathtaking views of the Burj Khalifa from the private balcony were truly unforgettable. The space was thoughtfully designed, with all the amenities I could need, from the fully equipped kitchen to the comfortable beds. The location was unbeatable, offering direct access to Dubai Mall via an indoor walkway, which made shopping and dining incredibly convenient. The building amenities, like the infinity pool and gym, added an extra layer of luxury to the experience. Overall, Kiran's place exceeded my expectations and was worth every dirhams. Overall great stay, don’t hesitate to book. What stood out: 1. Location is amazing and the views from the unit are worth spending a few nights here. 2. Amenities are impeccable. You share the same amenities as the guests of a 5 star hotel. Be sure to check out the pool club. 3. Unit is very well designed and you’ll feel right at home. Will definitely come back here.

One of the best places and the best stuff very professional company managing this place and it is really first class. If you wanna be on first class you need to book with those people. It is very nice. You are so luxury apartment are so luxury everything is so luxury, including stuff how they treat and how they speak Specially there is one Filipino lady there was so nice to us and to my family. ❤️

We had a fantastic stay here! Yassin was an excellent host—attentive and quick to respond to our questions. The Dubai Mall is conveniently located just across the street, though accessing it requires exiting the building, taking a right, walking a short distance to cross the road, and then using the elevator to P6. The views of Burj Khalifa and the surrounding landmarks matched the stunning images provided. Overall, we loved our experience and will definitely return for another stay!

Everything was outstanding the place inside out the balcony view was immaculate 10 out of 10 on everything literally …everything is also local I would definitely come back & book here again !

Fantastic villa. Very very large and spacious. The pool was heated and absolutely stunning. We cooked on bbq a few times which was lovely. Air con was brilliant. Very modern inside. Location was great only 15 mins away from the marina. The host was fantastic, always replied fast. We needed a cot bed they provided one the same evening. Will definitely return to this villa.

Fantastic stay and a lovely home and area. We’re moving to the UAE soon and loved the Arabian Ranches area. The place was very spacious, clean and very close to the pool and golf course.

It was a fantastic stay. The place very clean and nicely appointed. Had everything I needed and host was very attentive and helpful. Location was perfect for my stay and walkable to supermarkets restaurants and other services.

Really nice spacious and spotless apt with toiletries and tea making facilities. Mistakingly I had booked a wrong date which was difficult to change but with Airbnbs help the host offered a solution, which I didn't take in the end as I had to pay extra. I was allowed to check in an hour early but found the check out at 10 am very early. Would definitely be a return customer.

This place was really nice, felt right at home. The interior was decorated so well! and everything was so smooth, once you pay the host sends you a list with everything and all the instructions. very well organized and clear.

Very good person and place

It was a really nice place to stay at! Especially the terrace was amazing with a beautiful view. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen has everything you need from cleaning supplies to plates and so on. Port de la mer itself is a quiet place with lots of possibilities to go for a walk. I for sure can recommend Georg and this apartment!
