Emma was great, when a small issue with a gas alarm arose she was on top of it and had it dealt with immediately. Great property and highly recommended management.

Well furnished townhouse for a family gathering. Although the locality is a bit isolated from the rest of Dubai, having a car would solve this issue to access elsewhere. Otherwise, superb place for a family gathering.

Very lovely apartment with close metro and access to JBR beach. Host is very responsive and was very nice- ensuring that everything was okay throughout the rental period. Would recommend this Airbnb and would return in the future.

We stayed at villa 252 Bella Casa. The stay was wonderful special thanks to Humphrey who was kind, polite and available to assist through out the stay. I would recommend this place for a nice holiday.

I had a good experience staying in Tilal al Ghaf. It’s a community with lots of townhouses next to each other and gym/pool around the corner. The house was good and well equipped. Communication was straightforward and quick.

We stayed as a group of five families and felt completely at ease from the moment we arrived. The place was exceptionally clean, and all essentials like toiletries, bed linens, and more were thoughtfully provided. The kitchen was also well-equipped. The pool was a highlight, especially with its colorful lighting and small fountain, creating a relaxing ambiance. The direct beach access was an added bonus and made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, we had a fantastic time at the house and truly enjoyed every moment!

This place felt home. Every corner was so well done. The host and cohost were extremely friendly and welcoming. We had nothing to complain about and a great place to chill with a swimming pool on the terrace. Loved the stay and will definitely visit again.

My wife and I enjoyed the area and the atmosphere. Indeed very clean and quiet place. I recommend it highly to anyone who is looking for a cozy, homey-like place.

The stay was wonderful, the house was excellent and very clean, Muhammad is a very good host as well as very kind human being .

Mostly clean except for few dishes had marks but besides that very clean and essential amenities included. Garden very big and had a seating area was nice to lounge in. Check in easy. No complaints, had a good time.

I had an amazing stay at this apartment in Dubai! Everything was absolutely perfect – the place was spotless, modern, and very comfortable. The view from the apartment was stunning, especially during sunrise and sunset. The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and always available whenever we needed anything. The location was also very convenient, close to restaurants, shops, and major attractions. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Dubai)

I recommend him for businessmen who se duties are in ajman free zone ... a private, more restaurant and easy access to the port

The space felt luxurious yet cozy, perfect for a peaceful getaway. Hamad was incredibly responsive, kind, and made sure everything was perfect from check-in to check-out.
