Holiday rentals with a patio in Ajman

A huge thank you to Sarah for an incredible stay. Sarah was a brilliant host- she was extremely proactive and responsive in her communication and was beyond accommodating to us in letting us have early access to the apartment which was brilliant. The apartment was clean, clutter free light and airy, and was exactly as had been described! The swimming pool was clean and less than 5 minutes away, as well as the beach being less than 10 minutes walk. Everything you would want (supermarket, cafes, restaurants and shops) are just around the corner from the apartment The only thing I would have changed was wishing we could have stayed longer!

There is a reason this place hosted with Gintare is a super-host. It was a very smooth experience from first minute checked in till last minute checking out. The place has unique view of open sea, private quiet beach and pool and good gym facilities. Everything we needed for a relaxed time spent was there. Would definitely go there again.

The apartment was beautifully furnished, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The location was close to major attractions, yet private. What really stood out was the warm hospitality and quick communication. Zay Staycae team was thoughtful, professional, and genuinely cared about our experience. I had a truly wonderful stay at Irina’s place. From start to finish everything was seamless and incredibly well thought out. The apartment itself is spotless, stylish and exceptionally comfortable. It felt like a home away from home. Every detail from the quality of the bedding to the well equipped kitchen has clearly been put together with care. What really sets this stay apart is Irina. She is an outstanding host. Warm, responsive and genuinely invested in making sure her guests have the best experience possible. She went above and beyond to accommodate our needs and made us feel incredibly welcome. Saba’s place was great for our trip. It is centrally located and close to Dubai mall. Check in was smooth thanks to their help and was very responsive to the queries. Overall really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this place for your stay in Dubai.

We had booked this place for a company retreat. The hosts were very generous, responsive and accommodating. Flexible with an early check-in, late check-out. The house is decorated beautifully and very well equipped - all kitchen goods were in excellent condition. The location is easy to find (you have to have a car, it's Dubai) and the backyard is serene and peaceful. Great stay and rare find for a large group of people. Highly recommended

Fantastic stay and a lovely home and area. We’re moving to the UAE soon and loved the Arabian Ranches area. The place was very spacious, clean and very close to the pool and golf course.

Very nicely decorated house. Nice community. It is a bit noisy in the house, you can hear cars passing often. The noise dies down during the night luckily. Thanks the host

Had the most wonderful stay ! The villa was so well equipped, with a wonderful pool . 20 mins from everything you could ever want to do whilst in Dubai. We hope to return soon.

It was a fantastic stay. The place very clean and nicely appointed. Had everything I needed and host was very attentive and helpful. Location was perfect for my stay and walkable to supermarkets restaurants and other services.

Really nice spacious and spotless apt with toiletries and tea making facilities. Mistakingly I had booked a wrong date which was difficult to change but with Airbnbs help the host offered a solution, which I didn't take in the end as I had to pay extra. I was allowed to check in an hour early but found the check out at 10 am very early. Would definitely be a return customer.

This place was really nice, felt right at home. The interior was decorated so well! and everything was so smooth, once you pay the host sends you a list with everything and all the instructions. very well organized and clear.

It was a really nice place to stay at! Especially the terrace was amazing with a beautiful view. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen has everything you need from cleaning supplies to plates and so on. Port de la mer itself is a quiet place with lots of possibilities to go for a walk. I for sure can recommend Georg and this apartment!
