We stayed in the villa as a family and had an absolutely amazing time. The property exceeded our expectations — it’s even more beautiful than the photos and description suggest. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at home. Jawad was incredibly welcoming and waited for us despite our late arrival, making the check-in process seamless. The kitchen is exceptionally well-equipped, which made cooking a pleasure, and the garden is beautifully designed and immaculately maintained — a perfect space to relax and enjoy the outdoors. Overall, we had a fabulous stay and would love to come back again. Highly recommended!

Fantastic villa. Very very large and spacious. The pool was heated and absolutely stunning. We cooked on bbq a few times which was lovely. Air con was brilliant. Very modern inside. Location was great only 15 mins away from the marina. The host was fantastic, always replied fast. We needed a cot bed they provided one the same evening. Will definitely return to this villa.

We loved our stay here as a family. There's a supermarket next door, lots of playgrounds for the little ones, a lovely walk into the creek for restaurants. The host was superhelpfu and quick in his response. We'd definitely stay here again when we come back to Dubai.

Absolutely enjoyed our stay! The apartment is huge, bigger than what it looks on the photos. The king bed was soft with fresh bedsheets. Everything was clean and comfortable. Apartment has standing shower and the bathtub with all necessities . Host is super accommodating and kind. He made sure we had everything needed. 100% recommend

I had an amazing stay — the place was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. The host maintained great communication throughout, which made the whole experience smooth. It’s only a 2-minute walk to JBR Beach and surrounded by tons of great food spots. Definitely a spot I’d come back to!

Our stay at the apartment in Dubai was absolutely fantastic! It exceeded our expectations in every way. Everything was spotlessly clean and well-maintained. The furniture was tidy and comfortable. There were a few minor signs of use, but that’s totally normal for a holiday apartment and didn’t bother us at all. The view was phenomenal – overlooking the Marina Walk, it was truly breathtaking. We had a wonderful experience and would definitely come back!

I had a great stay at Hamza's apartment. The place is exactly as shown in the photos, with all the amenities, a nice balcony with panoramic views — including the beach and — and an excellent location. Safe place, near Burj Khalifa. The swim pool and gym are perfect. The host is respectful and courteous. I definitely recommend it.

I was truly enchanted by this place — every detail is magical. Zenia is a creative soul who left a story in every corner. The place feels like paradise, full of positive energy, peace, happiness, and comfort. If you’re looking for an escape like I was — away from the noise and buildings — and want to take a trip with yourself or a friend in nature, I highly recommend this place. The service is amazing, and everything you need is available. Zenia is very supportive, replies to your messages right away, and makes sure you have full privacy and comfort. I will definitely come back here again — for more peace, meditation, and pure enjoyment.

The place was perfect for my 2 week stay with my family. The host, Youssef, was always on site and was very responsive and accomodated all of our requests and needs such as new towels and etc. The location is incredible, 2 min walk to the beach, grocery right in the building and lots of cheap food options around. Also has plenty of parking in case you're driving. Overall 100% worth the money and I would definitely visit again.

There were no ratings available when I booked the place. But I liked the pictures. So I took a chance. And this was one of those experiences where it paid off beautifully. The host is extremely polite and responsive. He was always available on the phone when we needed him. Although we didn’t need to connect a lot as everything was perfect. The bathrooms were clean. The bed linen was clean and new. The pillows were clean. The mattresses pretty good. And the way the place was designed was really nice and elegant. The interiors were minimally elegant. Just the way I like it. Nothing was overdone. As some people end up doing too much and spoil the place. One thing that happened on our first night was the AC remote was not working. It was promptly changed the next day. Everything seemed to nearby or in walking distance. Depends on the individual. I consider anything under 2 km walkable. Tons of places to eat and chill. So over all a great stay. Kudos to Nishant for building a great airbnb.

The place is great, the view was of the corniche directly and it was as very peaceful. The place owner was very responsive and I had no worries at all.
