Holiday rentals with beach access in Ajman

A huge thank you to Sarah for an incredible stay. Sarah was a brilliant host- she was extremely proactive and responsive in her communication and was beyond accommodating to us in letting us have early access to the apartment which was brilliant. The apartment was clean, clutter free light and airy, and was exactly as had been described! The swimming pool was clean and less than 5 minutes away, as well as the beach being less than 10 minutes walk. Everything you would want (supermarket, cafes, restaurants and shops) are just around the corner from the apartment The only thing I would have changed was wishing we could have stayed longer!

The place is great and the host is great and responsive and the place is as described and I highly recommend it to him, God willing.

I had a fantastic stay at this apartment with my family during our much-needed vacation after two years of hard work. The host was exceptional—very responsive and quick to offer support when we encountered a minor issue. The apartment was spotless, with top-notch cleaning and all the amenities we could need for a comfortable stay. The location truly exceeded our expectations, with access to more than three pools, a well-equipped gym, and a beautifully clean, serviced beach. It was the perfect place to relax and unwind. I highly recommend this place and would definitely choose it again in the future.

My experience at AYA Stay was incredible. The place was spotless, stylish, and super comfortable. But what made it truly unforgettable was Navruza — kind, responsive, and genuinely caring. She went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, and her personal touch made all the difference. We’ve stayed in many Airbnbs, but this one felt like home. We had great stay in appartment Carpe Diem in Dubai. Appartment is on the highest floor with beautifull views to Dubai marina. Appartman is very close to JBR beach with a lot of restaurants and malls. We are 5th time in Dubai and this our stay was the best. We will come back again. Thanks a lot. Anna

I had a wonderful stay at Daniel’s apartment in Dubai! The location is absolutely perfect ، just steps away from a beautiful beach and with a stunning pool that made my mornings feel like a dream. The apartment itself was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. Daniel was an amazing host ، very respectful, reliable, and always quick to respond whenever I needed anything. He went out of his way to make sure everything was smooth and comfortable for me. Truly one of the best hosts I’ve encountered! I’ll definitely be coming back again. Very excellent and quiet, close to the beach and the pool, close to all services, and close to restaurants and cafes

It was a very fine and pleasant experience, Kamran was very reachable and kind, the rooms are clean and neat! And it gives you an access to the pool and the beach which is amazing! Won’t be my last visit for sure 👍🏻

It was a really nice place to stay at! Especially the terrace was amazing with a beautiful view. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen has everything you need from cleaning supplies to plates and so on. Port de la mer itself is a quiet place with lots of possibilities to go for a walk. I for sure can recommend Georg and this apartment!

Kiran's place was absolutely awsome. great views, well kept and very clean. walking distance to everything one would possibly need, in room dinning was great value and tasty. you can use the skypool which is a must but obviously an extra charge. I will be returning for sure !

Great apartment in a good Marina location. Pool and fitness club are good. Only thing you should know - it is very noisy and traffic to/from the hotel is tricky in rush hours. Overall - value for money and host is great.

More than positive experience, accommodation as described and as pictured, beautiful view from balcony overlooking marina.. Vera was an exceptional host who was always available and super responsive for any questions or information. Great location!!!! Highly recommended!!
