We loved our stay at Reinaldo’s place! The location was so serene and just perfect for a little getaway from downstate. They keep it very clean and in order and are responsive hosts! Our favorite moments were taking the kayaks out onto the lake, barbecuing dinner, and sitting by the campfire at night. Truly lovely.

We had a great stay in Tupper Lake, which we used as our home base to hike in the Seward Range. Moody Sunset had everything we needed and more. The kids enjoyed lounging in the basement and playing all the games available. And we enjoyed the beautiful views, cozy fireplace, and well-stocked coffee bar. It was also great to have a Google speaker (something we use at home often). And the ADK stickers, welcome note, and sparkling water at check-in were a really nice touch. Would absolutely recommend Moody Sunset for anyone looking to explore the area. You won't be disappointed.

We loved our stay here!! It was the perfect getaway for a long weekend. The property is beautiful and private but close to anything that you might need. The kitchen was super well stocked, beds were comfy, and we really appreciated the firewood supply. Nikki & Topher were great hosts - extremely responsive to all questions we had and proactive about check in/check out instructions. Would definitely come back!

The property was exactly as described in a beautiful setting right on the river. The cabin was spectacular and well appointed and situated so close to town it was perfect for our stay. We will come again.

This property was exactly what we were looking for for our low key bachelorette/girls weekend! Judi was fantastic about communicating with us about the best hiking trails, nearby activities, and most delicious local restaurants. The house was fully stocked with everything we needed including a beautiful kitchen with all of the essentials and more. The fire pit and hot tub were the icing on the cake. It was spacious, homey, and incredibly clean. We can’t wait to come back!!

Lovely home in a lovely setting. The view is breathtaking and Barbara has outfitted the space woth everything you could possibly need. She is extremely thoughtful and personable. The area is great for hiking and outdoor activities but is also near Middlebury College and Burlington.

Wonderful stay! We enjoyed doing puzzles and exploring the nearby waterfall and lakes. The space was perfect, and we appreciated the opportunity to relax here.

We had a great stay at William’s. The location was beautiful and the house was comfortable. We had a great mix of day-tripping and relaxing with a view. We also ran into William and he was very helpful and friendly.

What a beautiful home! This gem in Mohawk is a must stay - Dean’s home was spotless when we arrived for the weekend. So much space for us to enjoy inside the house and a great outdoor space with a very clean pool! The weather didn’t cooperate with us to enjoy the pool but the water was crystal clear. The people around were town were extremely friendly - a local police officer pulled over to show our kids his patrol car and let them see how the sirens work. Dean’s home is a must stay for you and your family!

Dan & Holly are amazing hosts. They provided everything needed to make our week great. They left dining recommendations and all of the information we needed for the property. It was the perfect space for our family. The on-site amenities were great. The pool space was super clean and the staff was amazing. The property is well maintained and we had everything we needed to feel at home. We would definitely recommend this property to friends and family. Downtown Rutland was a short drive, and there was so much to see just minutes from the property. Dan & Holly are extremely responsive and truly think of everything. We had no questions and checking in and out was a breeze because they are so thorough. It was a wonderful experience from start to finish.

The Orchard was the perfect retreat for our family including 2 babies and a dog. Wonderfully scenic. We were in NY for a Syracuse University event which was 22 min by car and not far from the highway - one night we were able to find an uber without much difficulty. The kitchen was stocked with Kurig Pods (at least 20?) w/ sugar and complementary Beak and Skiff Cider. Bathrooms had soap, shampoo and cream rinse. Eddie was very communicative and checked in to make sure all was well. Grocery stores are not local (bring what you think you might need - there was a restaurant close by at golf course with fried bar menu - 1911 tasting room is local , but check the hours / days ( they closed at 7 pm ) Dining out will be a bit of a drive - minimum 15 minutes . All in all , it was a wonderful stay. Thank you !!

Our group had a great time at Anna & JP’s cabin. Not only was the cabin comfortable & filled with amenities - it is right in the middle of all of the best trail heads! 5 stars

We enjoyed a lovely Mother's Day getaway at Brian's home. It is a spectacular home: private, quiet and nestled into the woods, but very close to the amenities of downtown Old Forge. Access to an indoor heated pool ensured children were entertained and there was always something to do, no matter the weather (which happened to be perfect, anyhow!). Brian's property manager, Heidi, was extremely professional and clearly takes pride in a job well done. Would recommend to others and look forward to staying there again one day. myself.

We had a great stay at Veronica's chalet. It was my brothers bachelor weekend and we wanted to go to beautiful Vermont for a weekend full of grilling, relaxing and taking in the beautiful Vermont natural scenery. Veronica was very proactive with her messaging- we received a full message of the area spot to visit. Dot's was a great cute historic breakfast spot- the biscuits and gravy and pancakes were delicious. Access to the property was easy. While advertised as a gated community you would be suprised at how private it is. We maybe ran into one person walking his dog the whole weekend. You can here the brook while walking outside, very serene. Chalet was spotless, lots of helpful signs everywhere for how to use the amenities, including a number to text above the fireplace for firewood delivery. The basement is very cute, has an air hockey table and a bar. Overall loved the property and outr visit!

This was a super nice cabin away from all the stressors of the real world. The view from bed was amazing. The bathtub had jests which was also lovely. I would definitely stay here again. My only complaint is there really is nothing near by. However that was fine for us as we had Atv riding and a day at the goat farm planed.

We had an amazing stay! The property is just as described and was perfect for our family! We enjoyed the record player while playing games by the fire! Charlene responded to my messages promptly and was friendly and helpful! We enjoyed making s’mores by the fire pit too! This property is in a good location! Secluded but a close enough drive to Herkimer Diamond mine which is what brought us to the area. Hoping to be back in the future to explore some more! We will stay here again if ever in the area! I was coming into the Adirondacks to do some backpacking. We were going to be arriving late and starting the trip early in morning, so we just needed a place to crash for the night and sort some gear in the morning while we had breakfast. This was a perfect spot and exactly what we needed, though it would have been tempting to relax there for a few days.

Our jobs are extremely stressful and we wanted a place to hike and swim with our dogs and not interact with many people if necessary. We had complete privacy and also the perfect host if by chance the guest accidently changed the TV settings and didn't know how to fix it (LOL). He had information inside for dog friendly places, hiking, restaurants, you name it. If you wanted to just relax on the deck, you had privacy and tranquility and felt like you were in the middle of your own private park. And Burlington was only about a 20 minute drive for walking the cute town, a dog beach and dog friendly restaurants. I know there is much more to explore there too. He made a big deal over our 2 huge dogs (so he is a keeper in my book). We are already hoping to plan a trip back.

Would absolutely come back. The views are amazing, especially at sunset!

If you’re looking for peace n serenity this is the spot! Cabin was clean and well stocked and our dogs had a blast running up n down the trails! Roy was very accommodating for us and our dogs…only downside for us is that one of our pups is not very dog friendly so we had to be aware of Roy’s cute labs and make sure they weren’t out when we let our girls out. Highly recommend!!

The A frame is absolutely stunning. Amazing amenities, gorgeous location, and the bed that extends out onto the porch is just incredible. So fun. The extras that they offer were fantastic Kerri the chef was brilliant and the meal was nothing short of perfect. This is a must stay if going to the area!

I felt very safe knowing it was a gated RV park community. I loved the cabin as it was neat & clean. The owners and cleaning lady were friendly and pleasant to talk to. I hope to come back soon.
