House holiday rentals in Adirondack Mountains

A fun winter break/birthday getaway! Sarah’s house had plenty of bedrooms for all guests. The game room, pool table, and wood stove/fireplace were great to have on these cold February days. Everyone enjoyed the sunroom and large dining table. The hot tub and outdoor sleds were used as well. The history of the house and beautiful views from the property were an interest to all. I bet this house is a lovely spot in the summer as well!

We had a great stay at William’s. The location was beautiful and the house was comfortable. We had a great mix of day-tripping and relaxing with a view. We also ran into William and he was very helpful and friendly.

Me and my boyfriend stayed at Dylan’s with 3 others for 3 days and it was a beautiful, clean home. We had no issues with anything . Dylan responded to us no problem, the house looked even more beautiful than the pictures, the pool was a good temperature, the hot tub was our favorite thing in the backyard. We used the fireplace and it was really nice as well as the grill, we loved making food on there too. Overall it was an amazing experience Dylan was great with communication and hospitality. I would definitely book with him again.

We had an amazing stay! The house is lovely and very comfortable, perfect for going skiing at mount snow and cross country skiing and prospect mountain. We were really glad to have picked it. The house is spacious, we all had a lot of room to ourselves, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The farm is gorgeous. Great grocery stores nearby. Sharon was amazing - so helpful when a winter storm threatened to make it hard for us to drive home. She offered us extra time or even another night discounted, which was really generous. She also communicated with friends to help us determine if the road back to NYC had been cleared. We are so grateful for her help! We hope to return in warmer weather to enjoy the farm even more.

What a beautiful home! This gem in Mohawk is a must stay - Dean’s home was spotless when we arrived for the weekend. So much space for us to enjoy inside the house and a great outdoor space with a very clean pool! The weather didn’t cooperate with us to enjoy the pool but the water was crystal clear. The people around were town were extremely friendly - a local police officer pulled over to show our kids his patrol car and let them see how the sirens work. Dean’s home is a must stay for you and your family!

Really just a great weekend! The house was spacious and perfectly accommodated our family. Also perfect distance from town where there is tons to do. Julie was available for questions and was so easy to communicate with. We were in the area to celebrate our son’s college graduation and really could not have selected a more perfect spot!

Dan & Holly are amazing hosts. They provided everything needed to make our week great. They left dining recommendations and all of the information we needed for the property. It was the perfect space for our family. The on-site amenities were great. The pool space was super clean and the staff was amazing. The property is well maintained and we had everything we needed to feel at home. We would definitely recommend this property to friends and family. Downtown Rutland was a short drive, and there was so much to see just minutes from the property. Dan & Holly are extremely responsive and truly think of everything. We had no questions and checking in and out was a breeze because they are so thorough. It was a wonderful experience from start to finish.

We enjoyed our stay at Scott's Happy Home. It was an excellent place for our family to stay while in town for our son and daughter-in-law's Baby Shower. The layout was great and met all of our needs. The kitchen was well-stocked, and we prepared several meals easily. Scott and Paula even brought us a freshly baked chocolate chip cookie cake, which was delicious. We plan to stay here again when we visit the area. Thanks, Scott and Paula, for being outstanding hosts!

We had an awesome time at Landon’s property. The kids loved interacting with and feeding the farm animals, specially the horses and sheep. The caboose was a pleasantly unique experience with great views, mood lighting, and comfortable beds. Girls loved going up and down the sturdy ladder to the loft bed in the cabin. The cabin is very thoughtfully appointed, with hot water supply and made our stay very comfortable despite the overcast weather. Our girls are looking forward to be back again soon to spend more time with the farm animals. Landon was always quick to respond and house info / instructions were succinct.

Ashley’s home is gorgeous! If you like the idea of staying in a lake house with a magnificent view you will not be disappointed. The home has two larger windows, one in kitchen and living room that provides a breathtaking view of the lake. The home is exactly as described and more, very nicely decorated with all new appliances. We could not have been happier with our stay and look forward to the next opportunity to stay again.

Gregory’s place was pretty magical for us. The situation and view are exceptional and the yurt is really well presented. It was cold and the gas heater had been disconnected but the electric heaters saved the day! It was the perfect location, with a car, to get to local trailheads. We would revisit for sure, and it even made me consider a getaway yurt myself. Thanks Gregory 🙏🏻

Our stay was amazing. The scenery was beautiful, the cabin itself was well stocked and clean and our host was extremely responsive and helpful. We will definitely be returning in the future!

Thanks Matt for hosting us. The Airbnb was located in a beautiful location with the lake just directly opposite. It was also a comfortably short drive to Saratoga. We stayed here as a family of 7 (6 adults, one kid) for four days. Jo was highly attentive & very helpful with local tips. We have been going up to the Adirondacks every year & know our way around, but thanks to Jo, we discovered new hidden eats & local favs. Jo also surprised us with a wonderful welcome basket with chocolates, sparkling wine and other such great stuff. We felt it was an amazing gesture. Our stay at this place was highly memorable - the kitchen was well equipped, the place was clean & very private, they have an amazing hot tub where the family spent a lot of time, and board games and a ping pong table that we loved. And yes, the view from their living space of the majestic Whiteface mountain was just the icing on the cake. The best part of the day was to wake up for fresh brewed coffee & stare at the beautiful view - it never got old for us. We would highly recommend this place, and look forward to booking a future trip here.

We stayed here with our 3 teenage kids for a ski weekend. What an amazing place! And Nicole is a great host too! The sauna was incredible and we had a fire burning in the fireplace the whole time. Loved it and would love to come back.

We selected Home in Piseco because of its location in the Adirondacks and proximity, to our homes for a relaxing weekend get away. The home is very clean, comfortable and welcoming. Even though the weather was rainy we’re able to get out and enjoy a nearby hike to Kane Mt. Fire tower. Though the rain kept us inside music of the time, the views of Panther Mountain and Piseco Lake from the windows were amazing.

We had another great stay at Kate Mountain Farm. This is a beautiful, interesting, and original place to stay located on a working farm. Waking up in the unique upstairs loft bedroom with a view of the sunrise hitting the pine trees never gets old. It is an excellent alternative to staying in Lake Placid or Saranac Lake, with the beauty of the woods and hiking nearby, and easy driving access to all that the high peaks of the Adirondacks have to offer. The place was spotless as usual, with many goodies provided to make your stay a nicer experience. Thank you Aaron!

Lovely, clean place for a relaxing stay. Super comfy beds and plenty of amenities. We hope to stay there again some time!

Our stay at the lake was truly amazing! The house was impeccably clean and well-maintained, and the location was perfect for enjoying the lake. Lisa was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommended!

Leo & Michelle’s Lake house is great! Awesome spot with fantastic views off the lake. Close to Lake George & Saratoga Springs. Very quiet and relaxing. There was everything we needed for a lovely stay.

Audrey's place was the perfect spot for a cozy night away. Everything was exactly as described and shown, Audrey was incredibly responsive and flexible with a later check-out time. The best part was the creek in the side yard- such a relaxing place to have a beer in the evening and a coffee in the morning. We lucked out finding this spot!

This was the nicest home let alone Airbnb I've had the pleasure of staying at. The entire home was incredibly clean, all of the amenities and appliances work perfectly to include the record player stereo, hot tub, A/C and television. Bonus points for owning wavelength! The place looked exactly like the pictures and managed to exceed expectations with cleanliness, functionality and ability to relax and unwind after a full day of hiking. This place still has that new house smell and I would personally highly recommend it for anyone hiking in and around this area. The location is ideal for hiking the Adirondacks but it is important to note that you are better off getting groceries before any hike as all of the restaurants and grocery stores close quite early and the nearest set of shops would be a 30 min drive each way. My friends and I enjoyed this trip so much that we are open to coming back to the same Airbnb to try and check off more of the Adirondack 46! 5/5 swell all around
