This was a great getaway! It was the perfect size house for the three of us. The kitchen was surprisingly well equipped (especially compared to other places I’ve stayed). Emmy was responsive and available. I wish we could have stayed here longer!

Cassandra and Jeremy’s place in Wilmington, NY is a true gem. The location is perfect—peaceful yet just minutes from charming shops, restaurants, and incredible hiking trails like Whiteface Mountain. Whether we were exploring nature or heading into downtown Lake Placid, everything was easy to reach. The home itself was impeccably clean—truly the cleanest Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. Every space felt fresh and thoughtfully cared for. The beds were incredibly comfortable with cozy bedding that made it hard to leave in the morning. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed—from quality cookware to spices and thoughtful extras. We didn’t want for a single thing during our stay. What really made this experience exceptional were the hosts. Cassandra and Jeremy were kind, welcoming, and lightning-fast with responses. Their hospitality made us feel right at home. We’d love to come back!

Great accomodation and plenty of water and supplies. Enjoyed the lake and surrounding area. Would come again.

Excellent cottage with lovely outdoor space. Super close to SPAC making walking to shows a breeze. Easy access to Saratoga downtown as well. Great spot!

We stayed at Cora’s property for 1 month and had the best time! Her house felt so cozy and Cora and Paul were very responsive and always helped out when needed. The location is perfect - close to downtown and there are cute cafes and restaurants nearby. We will absolutely be back!

My boyfriend and I stayed for 5 days and loved it the entire time, it is hard to find a dog friendly place and our Bailey loved every second as well. Michael was very helpful and responded to every question I had quickly. The view is gorgeous. We would love to come back one day!

Definitely a cute little cabin, very close to town. Would try to go back again to do more activities without the rain. The drive there is beautiful. Would recommend for couples (or for yourself) for a little getaway.

The house was wonderful for our short vacation in Canada. We especially enjoyed the spacious hot tub and the large TV downstairs.

Suncroft cottage was beautiful. The place has been renovated with care, and it was just the vibe we were looking for for our 3 day getaway from the daily grind. The dirt road that it sits on is very quiet; rarely any cars going by, and the breeze and fresh air rolling off the lake was perfect for a deep sleep. Just being there is therapeutic, and is what we needed. The caretaker is very kind, and is easily reachable if needed, too. Its just a little over a half hour to both Stowe and Burlington, too - so there are many options for day trips and activities - if you even want to leave the serene cottage;) would definitely recommend.

My family had a great time staying at Jennifer’s place. The house was stocked with towels, linens, blankets, and just about anything you forgot to bring from home (face wash, shampoo, dish washing pods, etc.) The backyard was a perfect combination of security (the fenced in yard for our pups) and serenity to unwind and enjoy the fire with family and friend. 10/10 would recommend staying here.

We really enjoyed our stay at the cottage on the river. The sound of the running water was so relaxing and great for sleep. Sharon was a wonderful host. She always responded quickly and was proactive and friendly. The cottage was easy to find, and it was nice to have an easy driveway to park in. I loved the vintage dishes. Extra points for the 100% cotton sheets and blankets--makes such a difference! The whole place was comfortable. We hope to return!

Higley Flow was a perfect, relaxing venue for our family that was in the area to attend a college graduation. It is a beautiful house; it has a fabulous wraparound deck. John was very proactive in communicating, calling me a week in advance to introduce himself and explain the house. The house was very clean. We did not have a chance to enjoy the outdoor spaces due to the weather but they look great. Elderly guests or those with physical disabilities should be aware of the spiral staircase that is difficult to navigate. There is an alternate staircase outdoors, but was difficult to use during foul weather.

We enjoyed our trip and stay very much! Jeremy was an amazing host! very friendly, very easy to communicate with. We brought up our dog which was not a problem with Jeremy. He was very kind, in having snacks, fresh eggs and a fridge full of things for us to have. The koi pond was beautiful. The stay was very peaceful and the view was breath taking.

Hands down one of the best airbnb stays and hosts! Wanted to spend my husband’s birthday at the Buddy shack and happened to mention that to Brandon before the stay. When we checked in, baked chocolate cake, ice cream, a gift bag, a birthday card and a beautiful handwritten note were waiting for us. Above and beyond doesn’t even begin to describe this gesture! And there are thoughtful touches around the house that made us feel right at home. Communication was excellent. Felt like I was chatting with a friend. Tried two restaurants that they recommended and both could give the NYC restaurants a run for their money! The property is beautiful. Enjoyed excellent weather and quiet time by the lake. Overall, I highly recommend the Buddy Shack. You will return with wonderful memories and a full heart!

Quiet cabin on Lake Champlain away from everything - just what we wanted! (Though stores in Plattsburg aren't that far a drive.) Nice, 3-season deck and fire pit overlooking the lake and a fireplace inside (with plenty of firewood) were perfect for relaxing and enjoying the down time. Nice music system, comfortable furniture and beds. Clean and well-stocked kitchen for cooking, drinks, etc. We would definitely go back for a longer stay. Francois was very amenable and communicative.

By far the nicest place to stay in Old Forge. Equipped with everything you need then some. Always super clean, great amenities, superb spot on the water. A+++

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Anne's cottage. Absolutely pristine! It is exactly as pictured. We felt like we were the first guests ever hosted there. Everything is brand new. Spotlessly clean, beautiful decor, absolutely amazing views of the lake, a quiet road, warm and friendly hosts. Bed was very comfortable and felt brand new. It was the most nicely outfitted and special AirBnB we've ever stayed at, and we've stayed at many! Anne was super responsive and helpful, proactively gave us flexible check-in and out, and had great dining recommendations. A basket of snacks on arrival was very appreciated throughout our stay as we didn't bring alot of food. Grand Isle is such a unique place with beautiful landscapes, lake views, peaceful surroundings. We couldn't have asked for more and can't wait to come back!

Janice & Terry's cottage was a peaceful haven from all our activities in Utica. Clean, well thought out, comfortable beds and furniture, everything we needed. The waterfront was absolutely beautiful. The cottage and outdoor spaces were set up well to accommodate 4 adults easily. All instructions were easy and clear. Lots of great info on local amenities. We loved our stay here and would come back. Thank you for creating that "home away from home" feeling.

Christine and Larry are amazing hosts. The location was great for our trip to Gore Mt. Unfortunately I did not get the chance to meet Christine in person, Larry stopped by to check if we had any questions or needs. It is obvious they want their guests to totally enjoy the place, and make you feel comfortable doing so. Thanks you two, I’m sure we will be back.

We had a wonderful weekend! The cabin is inviting, impeccably clean, comfortable and relaxing. It has everything you need, comfortable bed, beautiful fireplace, cozy decor, roomy kitchen and inviting screened porches for early morning coffee. The setting is tranquil and private. Adam was an incredible host. He was extremely responsive and helpful throughout our stay providing recommendations and quick answers to questions whenever needed. The home was immaculately clean when we arrived. This also had to be the most well equipped Airbnb I've ever stayed at. From the kitchen supplies, board games, vinyls, CDs, to the throughly detailed guidebook written by host, I was so beyond impressed! The most outstanding part of this stay is of course the location and the views this home provides. It provided the perfect private oasis for a stay to just unwind and unplug. I'd highly recommend this stay if your local for a tranquil, low-key retreat.

This cottage was the perfect place to have our mini moon for the weekend. Not only was the location absolutely stunning, the hosts went out of their way to make us feel special on our celebratory trip. The cottage was pristine, private, and close to a quaint downtown but also not too far from Burlington. Highly recommend!
