Javier was a wonderful host. The place is absolutely stunning. If you don't like tourist crowds, value privacy, peace, and beautiful views—even from the comfort of the couch—you absolutely must visit Javier. The interior is spacious, well-equipped, and perfectly clean. Javier recommended some great places to eat. Admittedly, getting to the property isn’t the easiest, but the destination more than makes up for this minor inconvenience. As it is a private property, you need to meet with Javier, but that wasn't a problem at all. I hope we’ll come back someday.

I can’t say enough good things about this property and Juan as a host. This is our 3rd stay with Juan and our second time at this villa. It is our home away from home and Juan and Maria-Elena are perfect vacation partners. Fresh fruit, cava and Champagne on arrival, a pristine unit and we even had a local dinner on our last night. Excellent excellent excellent… in our opinion, this is the best home for rent on the island.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful property in Tenerife! As a family of 7, it can be tricky to find a place that offers both comfort and privacy, but this home exceeded our expectations. There were plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, so each couple or individual had their own space to relax and unwind. We also loved having a few dinners at home and the outdoor bbq and tables were perfect. The outdoor amenities were a highlight—especially the pool with its stunning ocean views. We also made great use of the sauna, jacuzzi, and pool table, not to mention the yard games that kept everyone entertained. The setting was peaceful and private, yet still conveniently located. Our hosts were responsive and helpful throughout the stay. We wouldn’t hesitate to return or recommend this wonderful getaway to other families or groups looking for a perfect mix of relaxation and fun in Tenerife!

This apartment is exactly what you can see at the pictures and the view and sunsets - you have to experience it, it's amazing! We liked that the place and the building is very quiet, very well accessible and it is great to explore the whole island. We were happy we decided to stay at the north of the island, very close to the beautiful nature and close to small and nice local villages and also to Puerto de la Cruz and the capital. The apartment has a lot of space, comfortable beds and everything you can need, we enjoyed cooking and having the dinners or breakfast at the spacious terrace. Ami also recommended us a lot of places to visit and the local restaurants - thank you!!! We hope to come back <3
