Apartment holiday rentals in 5th arrondissement

A really great spot to conveniently walk to all the big sites! It was fun to be a short distance from the Seine and so many iconic spots. Our place felt comfortable and safe and we could see the top of the Eiffel Tower from our balcony. Our hosts were friendly and very helpful and supported us while we were in town. We highly recommend!

Clear instructions and a nice accommodation with close to Metro stations, restaurants and bars.

We had a wonderful time at Isabelle's loft. The loft was very relaxing, and we appreciated the beautifully decorated, clutter-free space. The location is amazing. Tucked away on a quiet block, but located in a lively area with loads of excellent restaurants, wine bars, boulangeries, patisseries, markets just steps away. Easy access to public transportation. Three different metro lines within a few blocks. Isabelle provided fantastic local recommendations and was a very attentive host. Flexible check-in time was a boon for our morning flight arrival. We would definitely stay here again when visiting Paris.

I had such a great stay at Noelle’s home. It was clean and cozy, and located in such a beautiful neighborhood’s with great restaurants and grocery shops nearby. Noelle was incredible responsive and helpful - overall a wonderful stay and would definitely come back again!

This was a great base for a long Paris weekend. It is located below the Pantheon in the midst of the university area, so felt very lively and safe, but not intensely "touristy". A short walk to the best croissants and markets on Blvd St Germain, and to all of the Rive Gauche and central sites. The unit is very nicely furnished and was spotlessly clean. The bedroom is compact (Paris!) but had a lot of closet space to unpack in. The kitchen is quite spacious and well equipped. Camille was very pleasant and helpful with check in. We would stay here again.

Everything was great! Wonderful apt with everything you need. Plenty of space to relax, comfortable beds, nice furnishings, private terrace for some quiet. The neighborhood is wonderful, lots of restaurants steps from the apt and a short walk to main Metro routes to get anywhere in Paris. Check in and out was easy, great directions, everything was as promised. Would definitely stay there again. Thanks so much, Lydia!

We absolutely loved our stay at Emmanuel’s place! The apartment was beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, and had everything we needed. It's in a fantastic location, surrounded by shops, restaurants and bars - everything is within easy walking distance. The area felt really safe, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Emmanuel was a wonderful host - super friendly and welcoming. He met us on arrival, explained everything clearly, and gave us some great local recommendations. We’d definitely book this apartment again for our next trip to Paris. 10/10 - thank you so much, Emmanuel!

Anne-Sophie’s place was fantastic. Such a great location. So many good places to eat on Rue Mouffeted close by. Metro at the door. Place is quirky cute and quiet. As mentioned in previous reviews the stairs are incredibly steep but caused us no issues. Highly recommend

If you're looking for an authentic Parisian apartment experience that is elegant and comfortable - this is the place. City balcony on the front and the windows in the back open onto a park setting (ruins of a medieval gladiator area!) with trees and birds singing.

Staying at Emmanuel's place was great!! It was in a convenient place, close to public transportation, and had a lot of shops/restaurants nearby. Emmanuel was incredibly responsive and was super helpful during our brief stay in Paris. The only note is that Emmanuel's place is up quite a few stairs, which wasn't a problem for me or my traveling buddy, but if you struggle with climbing up stairs, or lifting things (like a heavy suitcase ;) up stairs), I'd keep that in mind. Overall, we had a wonderful time during our stay at Emmanuel's place, and would love to go back again someday in the future!

Place: just what you want when looking for an Airbnb for two on vacation. Location: very much a local spot. We did not take a taxi one time, only walked and used public transportation. Amazing restaurants within two minute walks. Must get a massage from the Thai place next-door.. Host: they truly cared to make sure our vacation was perfect. We did not have to contact the host during our stay. They've reached out to us numerous times to make sure everything was up to our expectations.

We had a wonderful stay in Marie’s beautiful apartment. We loved the area— accessible to all attractions but in a neighbourhood that felt more inhabited by locals- just what we look for! The courtyard with a neighbour’s piano practice wafting through in the morning was divine. Shower pressure was very good. Beds were cosy. Bottle of lemonade on the counter and chocolates on the pillows were a very sweet touch. We would stay here again! Thank you!

Our stay at Charlotte's place was really good. Everything was very clean and Charlotte replied quickly to any inquiries. The only missing thing was the AC.

Location is the best right out the door 5 steps to metro elevator walking distance to restaurants the pantheon Notre-Dame is 10 min away and across the street is Luxembourg garden everything about the Laura s home is just incredibly fantastic the apt is quite a good size and very comfortable and neat Laura responds very quickly when you need help for something else I can go on and on it’s AMAZING my stay in Paris was wonderful staying in this home

Sophie is very attentive, in addition to communicating quickly, she helps with everything that is needed with generosity! Montrouge is a nice place, it's easy to get to the center of Paris! The apartment is about 10 minutes from the subway station and 3 minutes from the bus stop. There is a lot of commerce and you feel safe when walking home. Sophie's space is great! It is spacious by Paris standards, both the living room/kitchen space and the bedroom are very comfortable, you sleep well even on the sofa bed. The icing on the cake was the Jacuzzi, which offers a very pleasant comfort, the facilities are new and very clean. The towels and sheets are also new! Everything is impeccable! The kitchen is well equipped. The balcony was under construction, it will certainly be very beautiful soon! We'll definitely come back to enjoy it! Thank you.

The location was amazing for visiting various places in Paris. Further, the rooms were prepared really well, and it easily fits 4 people. It is written in the review, but the second bed is a sofa bed that ends up taking large space in living room but not too cumbersome

Great location and walkable to many prime attractions and restaurants. Billie promptly replied to questions. You may want to bring an electrical converter if you’re from the U.S. it was delightful!

Loved the space. Smaller than what we thought & a very interesting place above a car auto shop. The space itself was very clean& fun. We took advantage of the sauna, jacuzzi& outdoor space. The only thing I hated was the shampoo…I felt like I couldn’t get clean because it left my hair all sticky. We also wanted more towels than we were given! Other than that we loved it and were glad to have a space away from the city.

Xavier’s apartment was perfect, right in the centre of Paris on the serene Île de Saint Louis. There were bakeries and coffee shops within a few minutes’ walk. It was easy to get to the sights of Paris but felt calm and restful. The apartment was well furnished and spotless. The stocked coffee machine was a great treat. All in all this was a perfect base from which to explore Paris, and a lovely home to return to.

The location of Mawei's apartment was perfect, right in the heart of the city! It was super convenient to get around and explore. The apartment was easy to self check-in and very clean. It was in a very quiet neighborhood while being only 20 minutes walk from the Eiffel Tower. Great bakeries and restaurants were within a couple minutes walk. We'd definitely stay here again!

This is our second time staying at this place and we were just as happy this time as last time. We arrived in Paris in the morning and we were able to leave our bags in the apartment and then go out and spend the rest of the day in Paris before returning to formally check in later. We love the location since it’s within walking distance of many places and the metro station is literally across the street. We easily fit six people in the apartment. Having a bedroom with a separate bathroom was very nice since we let my wife’s parents use that and it gave them a bit of privacy while my kids took the pull out couch and my wife and I took the other bedroom. Everything was well equipped and we didn’t lack anything. Jay was also very responsive. I’ll definitely consider staying here again if I’m traveling with a group larger than a couple people.
