Holiday rentals with a home cinema in 5th arrondissement

The location was perfect. It was our favorite area in the city with a wonderful neighborhood feel. It was easy to access the rest of the city from this location. We would stay here again when we come back to Paris.

Pavlé’s place is beautiful, even more so than the photos suggest. It has everything you need for a pleasant stay and its proximity to Pigalle station truly made the rest of Paris easy to explore. As a host, Pavlé was also super responsive and helpful for any issues that came up - I highly recommend anyone considering staying here to book it!

The location of this spot couldn't be better and it was simultaneously incredibly quiet and peaceful for deep sleep in the big city. I felt like I was staying at a dear friend's place. I not only enjoyed eating out, but we also loved having wine and charcuterie in, while playing some of Gaspar's wonderful records. A local vibe. The main bedroom is fabulous and deeply comfortable. The second bed, however, was unusable. I love Japanese futon but with this one all I could feel is the wood. Seems like an easy fix for the host to adjust, yet important to mention if you plan to use both beds. Overall this was a wonderful stay, but unfortunate my friend and I had to share the main bed for 3 nights.

Hadrien was a great host. He was responsive and very proactive when one of my guests had an issue with her bathroom. The apartment was nicely furnished and clean, the instructions on how to get into the apartment were straightforward and easy to follow, and all the amenities listed were available in the apartment. The location is not the best, if you are ok with taking a train from belleville to the city center that takes about 20-30 minutes total time each day, which we had no issues with, then you are good to go. If not this may not be the place for you. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would stay again next time we are passing through Paris. 👍🏻

Located in the center of Paris, great place to stay for exploring the city

Oliver was great host and the property was as described. Full kudos to Oliver on the apartment, its was moden with everything working and very very very clean.

Tastefully decorated with plenty of natural light and fresh air from skylights and windows, several floors above a not busy street, Marie’s apartment was ideally located for the three of us to visit off Paris’ major destination sites plus some good restaurants. Marie was personable, helpful, proactive, and available throughout our four day stay,.

Many thanks to Manon for the hospitality! The apartment is incredibly cozy and atmospheric. We did not want to leave at all. We will definitely come back. Manon shared wonderful places and was very friendly. The apartment had everything for a comfortable stay. The living room took a special place in our hearts, everything is decorated with love! It was a pleasure to stay at Josefa's beautiful home- the perfect retreat to come home to after a long day exploring the sights of Paris! We loved staying in Montreuil - being from London it was comforting to us that we stayed in a multiculturally diverse neighbourhood. We felt safe throughout our time here. The house is well insulated from noise and the air conditioning kept us constantly comfortable whenever we needed it. Our family had a wonderful time here- and we created lasting memories and bonds. We loved our stay here—the house is amazing, very comfortable, and fully equipped. Aicha was absolutely wonderful: so friendly and thoughtful, always ready to help with anything we needed. We definitely recommend staying here. We loved the place and especially appreciated how Aicha made us feel right at home.

There's nothing missing from this charming pavilion. Spacious, tastefully appointed, it can accommodate a family. Located in a quiet area, rather close to the train station (5 min by car or 1/4h by bus), there is easily a parking space nearby. Thank you to Pierre, owner who is attentive and responsive to our requests. We recommend this rental.

Celeste was very helpful on arrival and gave us a recommendation to the excellent Bruts, bistro 5 minutes from the apartment. The place was very convenient for Montmartre, shops and metro. The 2 level property was just what we needed for a base but we also had 2 meals there including one in the pleasant garden! Do use the projector TV in the bedroom. This apartment is highly recommended.

Amazing location. A few minute walk to the Louvre. Awesome cafes and restaurants all around! If traveling with 1 or 2 people, this would be hard to beat! Pascale and Sharon were extremely responsive. Sharon was especially sweet!

Spotless spaces, great host.

Very good stay in Michael's typical Parisian apartment. Located at the foot of Montmartre, 2 minutes from the metro and a Monoprix, it is very well equipped and the bedding is good. Thank you for the bottle of wine and all the little touches! We recommend it!

Isobel was always very helpful and available. The house is stunning and located in a beautiful area, with all services close by. I highly recommend it for both short and long stays. The interiors are tastefully decorated, with great attention to detail and style

We really enjoyed our stay at Jerome’s place. The movie collection is pretty impressive and the home theater was amazing, we definitely felt at home. Jerome is also a very responsive and friendly host, communication was very smooth and painless.
