This 67 m2 loft has been fully renovated by a French architect. The high ceilings with wooden beams and the waxed concrete floor make it unique. It is located in Montorgueil – Marais (hyper center of Paris) in a very safe pedestrian area. The location is ideal; everything is very close and easy to access on foot and the best served metro station in Paris (Chatelet-les-Halles) is 5 minutes away. It is located on the 1st floor (no elevator) on the courtyard side, very quiet and cool in summer.

David’s place was one of if not the most beautiful Airbnb’s I have ever stayed at. It is true Paris filled with romance, character, and history - the terraces are spectacular, the decor is gorgeous, and everything was clean and felt elevated/nice. If anything, the pictures don’t do it justice. Also, David was very communicative and responded right away when I had a question about check in, and he allowed us late checkout with no problem when our flight was cancelled. A true gem - I would 100% book again on my next trip to Paris.

This is a lovely loft apartment, the tall windows and roof windows create a beautiful bright space. The bed is huge and very comfortable and the apartment is well equipped. The location is ideal for sightseeing. Incredibly close to RER but also walkable 25 minutes into central Paris. The bakery opposite has wonderful bread and fabulous cake - try the paris brest! We loved early mornings in the Jardin du Luxembourg. Benoit’s communication and helpfulness about everything to do with our trip was fantastic. He booked a restaurant for our first evening and even rearranged the time when the Eurostar was held up and it was difficult to make the reservation on time. A great few days and a comfortable safe place to stay.

I had a very enjoyable stay for 11 nights in Christophe's comfortable and quiet apartment. It has a great shower, kitchen and is nicely decorated. The bed and couch are very comfortable. The location of the apartment is excellent and I have stayed in Paris numerous times. There are many high quality places to shop for food, as well, as unique boutiques and restaurants just around the corner on rue Mouffetard. Walking from the apartment is a pleasure. I love taking long walks in Paris and it was easy to visit many points of interest on foot. It is also worthy to note that there are two Metro stations close by ( Place de Monge and Censier Daubenton ). This makes going everywhere in Paris easy and accessible. Christopher is friendly and excellent host. I appreciated that he asked about my arrival details and met me at the apartment. I look forward to my next visit.

As Airbnb announces, this apartment is a rare gem! The accommodation is bright, very well decorated and the bed is very comfortable. It is ideally located in a lively neighborhood with everything nearby, while being very quiet (overlooking an inner courtyard). Sven is a responsive, flexible and very friendly host. I highly recommend this accommodation and will return for future stays in Paris.

Genevieve's accommodation is extremely pleasant, very well-equipped, bright and spacious. We found a very clean studio. The sofa bed is very useful and comfortable. The building is very well located for visiting Paris, close to the Pantheon but in a quiet street. Mélodie and David are very responsive. I would definitely recommend this place.
